“It really wasn’t worth the money spent , not a lot of choice for food, no space to really sit and be comfortable over crowded , will not use again”

“T5 Heathrow - crowded, oversubscribed and staff a little surly. Aspire Rewards cannot be accrued at T5 which an annoyance. I have had much better experiences at other Aspire Lounges (plus) - Bristol for example. This wasn’t great.”

“We had an excellent visit to The Aspire Lounge at Terminal 2 Manchester Airport. We were greeted friendly and directed to all amenities. It was still 2 hours prior to fate opening so we had plenty of time to relax and enjoy breakfast before our flight.”

“All in all it was a decent stay,however some of the items have changed and you now have to be served at a bar for alcohol. The Lounge has been Renovated since my last visit and the food items also didn’t seem to be as nice as last time. Staff were friendly and helpful and it’s a decent option.”

“Lounge was quite busy and several tables which had been used had not been cleared. Food and drink was average. Poor range of magazines and none to take away.”

“We had another fantastic time at the Cadiz lounge in Dubai airport. It is such a great lounge with brilliant, friendly and helpful staff. The place is so relaxing with such nice food and drink. Highly recommended.”

“Full capacity at time of our visit, meaning the lounge was not as quiet and relaxing as we had hoped. Some food was not replenished quick enough to cope with demand.”

“Always good to be able to relax in a lounge before the flight. Only criticism is that some people take over whole areas with bags etc making it difficult to get a seat at busy time.”

“There are no toilets in the lounge, they are located a good walk away, which is a disadvantage, meaning it is necessary to take everything. I don't think there was a departures board, certainly I had to look outside to check my flight. The staff were very pleasant.”
