Hot food was initially old and cold - had been under a heat lamp and toast had dried out; tables weren’t cleared and wiped; layout of tables was poor - a long narrow aisle making passing difficult and requiring much reduced social distancing; very limited choice of ‘beers’ - perhaps an ale, please?;

Not happy about changes made, for example, the area we like sitting in is now reserved for executive customers and was empty. Food quality is very restricted and you can't see what is available before you order. No longer our type of light food. All this and prices are higher. Wish we had not booked for January next year

My experience is usually amazing but I made great mistake of booking Terminal 5 lounge as I booked with British Airways. American Airlines was operating my flight so obviously it was from Terminal 3 . When I arrived at the Terminal I explained to the staff at assistance what I had done . I was taken to a waiting area and asked about the Aspire lounge and was told there wasn't one !!!!!!!!! As I was collected to go to the departure area what did I pass but an Aspire lounge. To say I wasn't very happy is an understatement as I'd had to buy food and a drink !!!!!!!!!

£24.99 for a bit of egg on toastand a coffee was pretty extortinate. Nothing was replenished so you go on a hunt for milk or pastries. Won't use terminal 5 executive lounge again

I booked the lounge for a hen party to give the bride to be the experience. Once we got in there there was no seats we had to crowd round 2 chairs with a tiny table and had to eat and drink standing up by the time a table was free we had 10 mins till our flight ✈️ Very disappointed ☹️

I’ve visited the lounge previously and always been pleased with the service, unfortunately this time I found the quality and choice of food disappointing,

LHR EMIRATES lounge was lovely, calm great facilities and good food, drinks and service. Dubai EMIRATES Lounge was super busy, chaotic, terrible food, poor drinks and service. Like a cattle market

The lounge promotes that it has for example bacon rolls sandwiches snacks such as crisps and nuts. It had dry bread with bacon in it. If you wished to gave butter you had to take the bacon out of the bread , butter it then put it back in. There were no other snacks available. There were no papers or journals as stated in the web site. Overall disappointing. I have been in both Glasgow and Edinburgh sky lounges and Edinburg wins hands down.

£20 was far too expensive, I would recommend saving the money to spend in any of the other restaurants which have a much nicer atmosphere. Food was like school dinners, decor was cheap and tacky. The only saving grace was that the staff were very polite and helpful.

A pleasant environment and lovely staff, however the food left a lot to be desired. A few mini croissants but no preserves to put on them and a few scones. Disgusting looking vegetarian curry at 10.30 in the morning which was the only hot choice, a very limited supply of cereals and very little else apart from drinks and a pancake maker which was more trouble than it was worth! Very disappointing as our party of six including two children were really looking forward to it after enjoying our previous visit very much. An expensive let down.

Having paid €85 for 3 of us at Cyprus Paphos airport. We walked into a very poor selection of cold food. All the food that was meant to be hot was very cold. There wasn’t even any bread or rolls on offer, just a few sandwiches. Very poor for the money.

It was very crowded and not much space. Choice of drunks was very poor. No ordinary gin and and not much choice generally. No snacks were available save for a few slices of dried cheese and crisps.

The lounge was not up to our expectation. It was not quiet. It was small and cramped. We had 5 hrs lay over and we needed rest from a long haul flight. There was no where to sleep. Food was not up to standard - very basic. We had one cup of coffee and left. Found better place to rest peacefully in the normal airport. Waste of £50.

Limited range of food available which, when served, was only lukewarm. Not many seats available. Poor location - nothing to see other than the backs of other chairs.

Upon arrival, my phone had limited signal, and was unable to download the email required, dispute being able to see the confirmation and subject. Once seated, some drinks were unavailable and a relatively poor selection of food for breakfast. Stood at the bar for approximately 5 minutes with no one in attendance was very frustrating for the amount we had paid to be in there, the service was poor. We also noted that the Prosecco was a chargeable drink, whilst in the other lounges that were cheaper to book at Manchester T1 it was included.

Had to queue for ages despite booking. Taken to a table and told by the worker she will bring another chair so we can all sit down, she didn’t and consequently one member of the party had to stand and sit in the floor to eat. Food choice wasn’t great. Curry wasn’t very hot and soup didn’t have croutons as requested.
