Food was poor quality and tv would not work in booth. I was not informed it closed at 12 and booked in case of delay which we where fir 6 hrs

This was the first time I have visited this particular lounge and to be honest I will not be booking again. It feels small and very cramped even though it was not too busy. The food was not replenished quickly at the buffet and had run out and cutlery was no where to be seen. No staff about to request cutlery. Ordered a sausage bap as there was no butter on the bap which was hard as if it was stale. Disappointed that the toilets are outside of the lounge area. Not a great experience to the start of my holiday .

Understaffed. Food not replenished. Cutlery & crockery not replenished. Poor staff working very hard but could not cope with the volume of people in the lounge.

The lounge was comfortable and clean, however, the cooked breakfast options were never all available at the same time. We were assured they are cooked fresh but if you have to wait 10 minutes for a sausage to complete your meal whilst the rest goes cold on your plate, it’s not much comfort. Some of the staff seemed inexperienced but the senior member made assumptions about an empty cup being ours when it wasn’t and was rude in his demand we pass it over. I’m happy to help clear others people’s dishes but ask nicely. The internet in the lounge didn’t work so we had to use the usual airport wifi. Overall, not the best experience I have ever had and I’m not sure it was worth the money.

Very odd shape for a lounge. Real shortage of seats and the ones we were put in weren't particularly comfortable. Food selection wasn't amazing. Didn't feel particularly relaxed. Don't think I see myself coming again.

My husband and I visited the executive lounge last Thursday morning (30th Sept 2021) We have used escape lounge at Stansted many times and so we thought we would try Luton airports one. A big let down. Firstly, prosecco was an added extra so had to pay... Stansted its included. There was hardly any food out. All I managed to get was some scrambled egg and a sausage. No bacon or toast was avaliable. The bread rolls were stale. A gentleman next to me asked a member of staff for fresh rolls to which she replied "they've only just been put out" once he explained they were hard and stale she proceeded to grab the tray and storm off. There was no variety of food and compared to Stansted Escape Lounge, this was poor and it was actually more expensive! The only positive thing I can say is the lady behind the bar, who was cheerful and very chatty she was lovely! Other than that I would definitely not waste my money if I travel from Luton Airport again!!

Lounge was busy, struggled to get seat,the food choice is very basic sandwich and nuggets only hot choice, next time wouldn't bother at Larnaca, food places seem much better option

Very poor only option breakfast no eggs no bacon one type roll one type pastry I know you’ve just opened but u shouldn’t charge full price if you can’t supply the full service

service was slow, the food was tasteless , good being away from the main departure lounge, been here many times , but it’s got worse year on year , don’t think I’ll be going back .

Very disappointing! (06/06/21) A shortage of seats, with people queuing to come in. Scrambled egg on dry toast & no tomato juice. Only public toilets outside your venue available. Suggest that you visit Madrid to see how it should be run.

Ordered bottle white Moët champagne as a special treat for my party of four on arrival was told there was only half bottle of opened pink champagne available and we could have that and glass of procecco to make up the difference this was not what I had ordered so very disappointed

The lounge is wonderful BUT I have never come across a more complicated way of ordering food The menus says items missing but not tell which or where from I will not be using the lounge again until it goes back to self service

This time we were disappointed. The lounge is temporarily and the choice of food and beverages is very little. But the price for the Lounge is the same as usual. And i've got charged twice on my credit card! We have been 3 persons and you charged me 2 x 3 persons!

Lounge was ok. Nothing special and not worth the money in my opinion. Drinks selection was ok although no tomato juice or ice at the time I was there so I had no chance of the Bloody Mary I was going for. Food selection pretty poor compared to other lounges. For lunchtime, Literally 2 options of hot food, or warm scones that was it. Very limited salad selection and the cheese board consisted of just Brie! That was it. Biggest issue with this was the 2 hour time slot. They give you a time slot of 2 hours before your flight departs, however all flights require you to be at your gate for boarding at least 30 minutes before this time, therefore having to leave the lounge after only 1 and a half hours or less. This need to be addressed as you advertise 2 hours!!

Very disappointed! Was sat at a cramped small table with my back to the view. Had a poor cup of coffee and a mediocre breakfast. Did not feel welcome, indeed they couldn't even find my reservation without some trouble behind the scenes. What did I pay for I ask myself? Waste of money on this occasion.

The food selection and quality needs to be improved. Some staff were clearly having disagreements in front of customers. Not very professional. On a positive note, the lady greeting us was lovely and the environment was nice and comfortable.
