Disappointed as the choice was poor because of COVID-19. I enjoy being able to help myself. Service was excellent and I was well taken care of.

Due to covid rules the booking service was slow and I didn’t feel that I had good value for money choice of food was restricted and lacklustre compared to a non covid visit Left feeling disappointed ☹️

Cramped, overcrowded, very cheaply / poorly fitted out and food choices and quality was poor. Very disappointing. Staff were lovely and working hard

I was disappointed with this particular visit, firstly it looked as if the lounge was over booked as we couldn’t find a table for the 4 of us, There was no cold fizzy drinks available There was no cereal available There wasn’t even any biscuits available. Then they run out of draught beer and only had 1 type of bottle beer to offer.

We were a bit disappointed the full english breakfast came in a box so it resembled something you would get from a catering van beside the road! The hot sandwiches were delivered on a plate as we noticed but apart from that,nice staff,decor was well used odd light was flashing(silly little maintenance things really) Expected better. Nearly didn't get in on time as there was a long queue of people trying to get in who hadn't pre-booked. Neraly didn't find a seat once I did get in. Also, it was 11am and the only vegetarian food available was curry which seemed a bit strange there was no breakfast option. Comfy chairs though. So, overall, it was OK but I wouldn't rush back.

Nice lounge and a simple serve at table process has been implemented. However on my stay staff completely forgot to bring items ordered despite not being very busy at all. Really disappointing considering the rate paid for access. I used the lounge for business travel, however the wi-fi was not working making business calls all the more difficult.

Unfortunately when we visited the small lounge at Terminal 5 it was very busy and it was hard to find a seat. We were a party of 4 with a baby and it was extremely hard to sit together plus a pushchair. Others were actually sitting on the floor. The table was low and very difficult to eat at. Some of the drinks machines were not working well and there was no decaffeinated tea available. The orange juice was very watery and unpleasant to drink. The food arrived promptly but I did not enjoy my food, which was bland and not very warm.

I had booked Aspire lounges and was moved to here instead. The lady at the front desk treated us as though we were an inconvenience. It shut early which meant we didn’t get what we had paid for. My two emails about this issue have been ignored.

Sadly, this wasn’t the special event that my wife and I were expecting to start off our 30th wedding anniversary holiday. A number of complaints would include… 1) No where to sit (we had to remove a reserved sign). 2) Table too small to eat off. Barely enough room for two plates and two saucers. 3) Poor quality of some food. Bread did not taste (or feel) fresh. Veggie options were served cold and had to be returned. 4) No body behind bar for a considerable time so we could not enjoy an early glass of wine or beer. 5) I was also disappointed to see that the cost of booking on the day (£25) was the same as booking in advance (£24.99). Really not sure we would bother again.

Het is vreemd dat als je vooraf boekt, je vlucht nummer en naam doorgeeft, je de enige gast bent (echt niemand anders) dat men dan bijzonder uitgebreid vraagt naar je vlucht nummer en naam. Driedubbel checkt en het vervolgens op een veredeld toiletpapiertje noteert. Aanbod van voedsel en drank haalt het royaal niet bij andere lounges waar ik geweest ben. Blijkbaar was er eerder op de dag nog 1 gast geweest. Het was duidelijk dat het afval (theezakje ed) er al lang lag. Gezien de “drukte” had dit toch al lang schoongemaakt kunnen zijn. Ik kom graag in een lounge. Hou van de rust, wat kunnen werken en eten en drinken maar Eindhoven is absoluut geen aanrader

Confirmation email stated we can get into the lounge 4.30 but it didn’t open until 5.. we then only had 15/20 minutes to get checked in, order and eat/drink. Not the relaxed start to our holiday that we wanted from booking the lounge. Bacon roll - under cooked, and extremely dry Sausage roll - again dry! Drinks came quickly except the waiter didn’t know which table was which. Which happened a couple of times to others as well.

Cannot actually write a review on the Aspire Lounge as they decided 2 days before our travel date to open at 9.45am and we were booked for 7.45am so we were cancelled. So wasn’t entirely impressed with their casual email at late notice. You are either open or shut not choose when your busy times are as we all pay the same money. I will say the money was paid back into my account in a timely manner. But I would probably think twice about booking them again
