Very disappointed with staff I was asked four times by the same lady if I had been checked in ..I was meant to feel like I had not paid I was extremely embarrassed & then angry ..I did say how do I have my cutlery if Iv not been checked in and when she finally Found the man who checked us in there was no apology ! I was very disappointed with the choice of drinks no barcardie no Baileys and a charge for Prosecco ! Also very poor selection of snacks Don’t think I will book again Iv had much better service with other companies

Not pleased that the limit of drinks is 3 per passenger. Yes, it does say it in the small print when booking but cannot understand the reasoning. You will say because of Covid, even though there is No difference between 3 drinks and unlimited given there is a screen at the bar and we have to wear masks. If you are restricting the menu, this should be reflected in the price you charge. This smacks of trying to rip off customers all in the name of health. Used you a lot but will not be returning

Disabled access was good, seating was comfortable but the food was awful! It was not hot, very difficult to eat out of a box, no plate was offered and the staff weren't very helpful. Certainly was not value for money and covid-19 is no excuse! Very disappointing start to our holiday.

I have to say I was very disappointed in the lounge this time. Apparently I should’ve got an email telling me of the limited service and food available but I did not. I paid £75 for my sister myself and my cousin and my other cousin paid her £25. And for my £75 all there was available was a small meal in a cardboard box and you were allowed to glasses of wine so I felt it to be very expensive and not worth it at all. However the girl who was serving us was really lovely and explained I should’ve got an email saying about the limited things available and she did give us a glass of Prosecco each but as I say for the £75 I paid it was really not worth it and I left disappointed thinking I wouldn’t use the lounge again on that basis sadly 😞

I understand that the current climate means things need to be different, but I disappointed with my first visit to the executive lounge. We flew to Dalaman on what was supposed to be our wedding day, so I booked the lounge as an experience for us to lighten the blow. As an NHS worker whose continued to work through the pandemic, I was pleased to see that I was able to get discount through holiday extras. However, when attempting to book through them, I was told the lounge was full. I checked directly through executive lounge website and was able to book but had to pay full price. We only spent 45 mins in the lounge as was called to the plane an hour before our flight. Wasn’t able to make full use of facilities, which weren’t great anyway. The lady behind the counter was very unhappy and difficult. The food was cold and we had to wait ages for it and the whole room was noisy. I won’t be booking again as I feel it was a total waste of £70. Could get the same experience for that money in the usual departure lounge.

Usually a really good start to any holiday however during the current climate of covid this is not the case. Food was still really good however for the cost of £32 only being able to have 3 half beers does not provide value for money.

We were quite late in booking in but the girl that eventually came to the reception was really miserable! It took us quite a time to book in (even though I had the details on my phone.) She obviously didn’t want to be in work that morning, but this was the start of our long awaited holiday! We have had 2 bad experiences in this lounge but was hoping the first was a one off. We definitely will not be booking a lounge for our next flight.

Restricting alcohol to 3 drinks only and a reduced food buffet yet still charging full price is unacceptable. The food is of poor quality and so is the range of choice, it was very slow in being replenished. Only hot meat meal was mustard pork and mash. No pork in it and it was basically lukewarm slop. Nobody ate it after tasting it. Very poor value for money.

I was disappointed- in large part due to the changes that needed to be made due to covid but also because the WiFi was non-existent, the surroundings were drab and the staff were not particularly welcoming.

I arrived on a Sunday.....there was a limited amount of food/snack available...the only food available to me as a vegetarian was the smallest salad in a cup cake container. the white wine served was of the poorest quality and warm. It was very disappointing.,I have visited lounges many times and this was the worst ever

We used the lounge as I am a nervous flyer so the relaxed atmosphere helps. The staff were great as there seemed to be a problem with my entry ticket scanning properly. The food was not great at all though - the vege sausage sandwich was quite unpalatable and the bacon sandwich was only just passable - my son ate his as it was very early in the morning and he needed breakfast before getting on the plane otherwise he would have left it. May be the covid-19 restrictions affected the catering facilities but I won't use the facility again because the quality of the food was definitely was not good enough.

Not worth it. Almost zero food. Check in took forever. Pretty depressing all round. Appreciate that's COVID reality but at least try. I'll take my chances with the great unwashed out on the concourse next time.

Very poor. On arrival we were told the lounge was closing earlier than we'd planned. Service was slow and inattentive. Food choice was atrocious, with basically a box of what looked like vomit. Not the experience I'd paid for to avoid Wetherspoons. Imagine my delight at leaving to see as fully functional airport bar (The Factory) that was also offering 'Eat Out to Help Out' Basically a very expensive departure lounge, with no benefits.

It was useful for us as we have a 9 month old baby but paying what we did I expected alot better. The food choice was very poor and the staff weren't rude, but seemed like they didn't want to be there. I get that these are challenging times but customer service of a high standard should still be in place.

Sorry to said, I will never use again, there's no much choice of food, one sandwich?? For the price you paid, is not worthy.

I did write about my recent visit, but didn’t here back. I travelled on 6th August and said how disappointed I was with the breakfast offering. Although I understand it was a limited menu from the norm, but one burnt sausage cut into two in a dry roll is far below your normal offering. Was it deep fat fried? I couldn’t eat it!! Appart from the poor catering, the lounge was great as always, just a shame how poor the breakfast was.

I have visited the Lounge many times before, for my surprise this time the lounge was dirty,no food available, the staff were irritated and the overall experience was a completely waste of money. I hope the Lounge manage to go back to the brilliant standard they used to have, right now I won't bother to visit again.

Very poor food if you only allow three drinks per person due to COVID I don’t understand why you should reduce the price
