It was so small it was difficult to find somewhere to sit. The food was not restocked regularly if at all. The tables were not cleared. There were no toilets inside the lounge. All in all it was not a good experience and not worth the money

This was our second visit within a couple of months. The check in process is tedious and the staff are rude. The choice of food was very very poor. Drinks service wasnt great either. I wouldnt bother doing it again. Speke airport aspire staff have bad attitude and dont seem to like people. Very poor.

This is my second visit to the Executive Lounge in Cork and I really don't think I'll return. Our flight out was at 2pm, we arrived at the lounge at 12.20 hoping to have a small bite of lunch and a drink prior to boarding our three hour flight. The hot food selection was shocking, totally inedible, we did have a nibble of cheese and crackers and a drink, not sure its worth the money though. Please change your hot food menu.

6.30 am was when we visited on Thursday 27th Feb. It was very full and difficult to find a place to sit 4 together. The food wasn’t very good and the bar service quite slow, served by a surly man. Not really worth the money

It was disappointing. We did manage to get a couple of seats but nearly lost them when we went to get a coffee. The lounge is cramped, the food offering average. Generally poor value. Only positive was the staff who were trying hard. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very little food choices. Had to pay for certain drinks so only limited availability of drinks. Very busy with a lot of tables cordoned off as reserved so seating limited. Not the best lounge we have experienced sadly

Hello, In comparison to other executive lounges, is day this rates quite low. In comparison to the terminal it is a small step up and is t worth the entry cost. Wish I could leave a better review but I was disappointed. Faults: it was overcrowded and the staff were not what I’d expect from an executive lounge. But to give the staff some credit, there isn’t any space for them to work efficiently and without getting in the way of the customers.

Drinks are ok - single measures and come in really small glasses and when asking for fresh lime I was given one thin slice. The food was extremely disappointing - a few mushy salad type things and the plates are like teacups. There were scones which were nice. We also struggled to get a seat and had to share a table with strangers. Wouldn’t book it again, very disappointed and not worth the money at all.

When I got to Luton, excited for the lounge entry, I found that it was closed for refurbishment. I received no notification in my email, I’ve checked Junk everything. There was no email sent even though executive lounge insisted they had sent an email. They could not provide any evidence that this had been sent. It was so disappointing. I’ve been in the lounge many times before and it’s great. I went to club rooms but they were not letting people in as they were too busy. So I sat in the airport for 3 hours annoyed. The only reason I’ve given you 2 stars as you booked me back in with a 50% discount on my next visit but I already had 25% off with the original booking. You wouldn’t allow me to book 2 trips to the lounge with this discount

For the money I do not feel it is worth it. The food was below par, it reminded me of baby food, not enough staff on to serve drinks either, the staff were brilliant but just not enough. The room is rather small too doesn't feel very executive.

The lounge was very crowded and the food lacking. Lounge was advertised to have snacks as well as hot food but only the bland hot food was available. Bartenders seemed unaware of available selection - confused by asking what beers were available. Tableware not restocked on hot food. Wouldn’t pay for this again. 2 stars for providing somewhere to sit and WiFi.

DISAPPOINTED......... thinking I was going to a LOUNGE for 3 hours ( of a very long layover ) and looking forward to lounging and hopefully sleep in a comfortable setting, I was gobsmacked to find a LARGE ROOM / SPACE full of club chairs , which were quite close together. Hardly a place to relax, unwind, nap or whatever. The food , well, there was food available ! By the way, when one checks in the boarding pass is asked for and kept until you check out in the 3 hour timeline. Why is the boarding pass taken ? is it to be sure one does not surpass the 3 hr. time limit ? or charge one by the minute thereafter?

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to leave your review We do not have sleeping facilites im afraid however we do have comfortable seating to relax in upto 3 hours before departure. In regards to the boarding pass I will speak to staff regarding this as entry should only be allowed 3 hours prior to departure so there should be no reason to retain customer boarding passes. Thank you for contacting us we do hope you visit one of our lounges again. Kind Regards, Aspire Lounge Team

Gentlemen seating us went extra mile for good service. Other than that; the food was bland and poor. Had it been a restaurant then the food would have been returned.
