hi I would like to give you more stars but your drink policy of paying for proseco is a not very good for people who want a glass or 2 we had to buy a full bottle .witch after paying for 4 people to go in your lounge and no mixed fruit cider your drinks options are are poor at best. I will not waste my money on your lounge again.

There was not much choice in food. The food that was there was horrible. I really would not book in to the lounge if you are expecting a decent warm meal. I wish I would have eaten elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommended

Hi Robert I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your visit in the lounge. I will pass your feedback onto the property manager regarding the facilities. Kind Regards The Aspire Team

I have previously used Executive Lounges (Aspire) Lounges at various locations and found them good, however, on this occasion i was very disappointed. There was no where to sit, i had to stand for the first 20 minutes. Annoyingly, there were multiple seating areas that were marked as 'reserved' and left completely empty for the entire 2 hours i was there. When i asked the staff if i could sit there, i was told that it was for groups of people that were 3 or more. I explained that i would be happy to share but they would not allow me to sit down. I would absolutely avoid using them again.

Very average! One chap on the staff was very helpful but otherwise there was a general malaise with the staff. We had a very slow queue to get in even though we had prepaid. The bar had a sign reminding one on the limit of drink that could be served which felt more like a limit on the amount they wanted to serve as opposed to looking after other flyers safety, The food was limited and average. I will not be using this lounge again I will save the money and go to the Witherspoon which shows the standard of Executive Lounges.

Sadly a very disappointing experience at Bristol Aspire Lounge. Food left out, long queues for food and no table on arrival. Food advertised on Website not on display. I complained to Executive Lounges on my return, but felt they didn't believe me. I would encourage anyone using Aspire in Bristol who feel shortchanged, to take photos and perhaps complaints will be taken seriously.

Very little space, small tables, limited selection of food, dreadful croissants. Not as good as the Escape Lounge.

No food suitable for me . It was veg curry . Chicken curry but that was halal. I dont eat halal. Not much choice with drinks. I asked for pink gin and lemonade and she gave me tonic. It took nearly 15 min to check me in. Wont be coming again

Welcoming reception staff, very slow bar service, much of the time there was no bar personnel present and long queue built up. Food hot but slow to replenish when empty. Table clearing was very slow, at one point we had to clear our table ourselves! Have used Aspire lounges elsewhere and couldn’t fault them. It didn’t appear overly busy when we were there, so unsure how it would be if it was at capacity!

Hi, I was over for my friends wedding in January and as Im heavily pregnant, and my flight was late my friend reccomended I stay in the lounge. After reading what they had to offer on their website, I thought id give it a try. Unfortunately, I was disapointed. Although I was allowed to check in half hour earlier, I went in to find that there was no magazines or newspapers the website stated, and TV was on silent. I cannot drink alcohol so the only thing I could see on offer was lemon or cucumber water which looked like it had been there for a while. Food wise, I did not like the 3 hot courses that was on offer, so the only other thing available was a cold selection and very hard and old looking crumpets. Near to the end of my stay (which I left earlier because there was no point in staying in there anymore ) I decided to look at my booking again and realised I was booked into the Executive lounge and not the normal one, which the lady at the desk never mentioned to me. I also realised while I was there, tecnitians fixing and cleaning the air cons on top of us while we were sat trying to relax. I appreciate this needs to be done, but it just added to the disappointment. I did receive half of my refund after my mother complained, but I wouldnt recommend going again to any lounge.

The staff were not helpful and seemed put out when we asked for items that were not available in the restaurant area. The older female of staff was quite dismissive when we asked if there were pastries available, answering that, “They’re being warmed and not ready”. Restaurant was also untidy, cluttered and unclean.

Getting less and less for your money.I arrived at the lounge at 7.30am and all that was on offer was a small amount of watery scrambled egg, about 6 slices of half cooked bacon and some baked beans,no sausages.I asked at the bar for a large gin and tonic and was told we only serve singles (strange as the times I have used the lounges I have always been able to get a large measure) I said in that case I will have two singles and was served them so where is the logic in that.No nibbles, crisps or cheese and crackers. Not one of the best experiences I have ever had.
