Terrible layout, not enough seats, people where lying across 2 spaces. There was an upstairs area which wasn’t open. Food was nice. Tables kept clean and empty cups etc cleared away quickly.

Total waste of many. Entry time was 4.30am but didn’t open until 4.50 so 20 minutes lost before we started. Only Heineken lager on draught. Soft drinks machine was not working all the time we were there. The rolls on offer were large flat dried out bits of bread from the day before so by the time you managed to work your way through it you couldn’t face any more. Wetherspoons would have been a far better choice. Nicer drinks miles better food (served to your table) and a far better atmosphere. This is the first time I have used the Lounge which was supposed to be a treat for my wife and I but would never ever use it again. The staff were disorganised drinks were not available and stale yesterday's food all in all an unforgettably bad experience.

We were very disappointed With the lunch time food , it was a strange combination & very limited. We usually do breakfast time in the lounge which is much better . I don’t think it was very good value so unless the lunch menu was improving I don’t think we would go back.

We arrived (party of six) just as breakfast was finished. There was very little hot food as the lunchtime choices were not ready. Got bye on cheese and biscuits. Limited selection of beers and no cider (three of us drink cider). Not great, for the price.

Possibly the worst lounge experience to date but still better than fighting it out on the main concourse. Seating are limited and crowded with a poor selection of hot and cold foods. The food selection is less than what I expect in entry level budget hotels such as Travelodge and Premier Inn. Alcohol included but not self service as in other lounges and generally just a feeling of being done on the cheap. I wouldn't pay to use this lounge again, instead I would take my chances on the main concourse and buy a breakfast worth eating

Very disappointing. Food poor, not relaxing at all. Won't be going back in a hurry.

We have stayed in the Lounges several times previousy without a probem. This time however there seemed to be a shortage of staff at the sharp end hence noone seemed to notice that food was short. Hence it was cold and I had to wait several minutes for baked beans to be replenished and they were not particularly hot even then. The lounge did not seem busy enough to offer any justification for the poor service. Very disappointing.

Crowded and hard to find a comfortable seat. Not many food options. Plates were not available all the time, Staff could also have been more friendly.

Overcrowded, uncomfortable chairs, large sections allocated to Singapore Airlines, not worth the money. A rip off.

Not the greatest lounge we have ever been in. All the tables (that were free) were dirty, the food wasn’t the best and the chairs aren’t comfy.

This is the first time that I felt short changed. In fairness, the lounge was extremely busy but nevertheless, it was filthy, previous customers remains everywhere. Glasses were dirty and the food needed restocking. I don't mind paying the best part of £30 for a lounge but it should be better than this. Sorry!

Looked a bit tired and dated, with the tables crammed together. The porridge was delicious though. Just needed a bigger selection of pastries. Good value for money, but I wouldn’t call it premium in relation to the other lounges available.

Very unhelpful miserable staff, especially the lady who i think may have been in charge. Not a very good start to our Xmas holiday. Made to feel guilty asking for a drink that’s when she noticed you were there ! She was the only big let down.

Unfortunately I found the lounge to be very outdated and neglected. I tried to use one of the only 3 sleep pods, but the lounger was too old and uncomfortable and broken to be of much use. The food was very plain with only one choice of meatballs - no non-meat choice at all. The lounge is open to the floor below which means there is no barrier against the noise. The whole experience was a total disappointment.

Seating filthy dirty and covered in stains. Food cold. Plates too small to hold even meagre amount of food. Air con on to high therefore uncomfortably cold

Although the time permitted to spend in the lounge was 3 hours, I was not permitted to enter the lounge before 10 am for a flight scheduled for 1 pm. I intended to enter the lounge at 9 am and leave at 12 noon. The food selection was sparse and spartan in quality. I found it hard to find a comfortable place to sit and relax. I shall not be using this lounge again. Bad value for money.

I have to say I was very disappointed with the selection for Vegans. When I reported this on reception I got the response 'yes it's really bad'. So your staff know the selection for Vegans is bad, but nobody has chosen to address the issue. I simple bowl of avocado and one of mushrooms would be ample. Instead I had to do with some cold vegetarian sausage and beans. There wasn't even any dairy free spread. Going forward I will not be booking the lounge again, as the food in the main restaurants is better.
