Was very disappointed to find the range of spirits had diminished and does not now include Bacardi but was served a Havana Club without mentioning that it was not Bacardi. The Breakfast was fine but I think it’s poor value now.

The bartender was not very helpful, he completely ignored my sister when she asked for a drink, she complained to another member of staff and the response she got was - yeah he has been in a mood all day, the food selection wasn’t great and had to ask for some crisps as none were out, also think it would be good if you could hear the announcements and the toilet was within the lounge

Not entirely satisfactory I am afraid to say. We found most of the hot food, only luke warm. Many food options kept running out resulting in long waits. Coffee machines were out of milk. There was no Brandy, and none expected until tomorrow, bad form - just go out & buy one! It became tiresome having to keep asking for things. The whole enterprise seemed to lack someone who was monitoring the whole operation. Therefore did not consider it value for money.

The lounge was oversold. There were no seats. When entering we were told that we would have to share, but in reality there were no seats at all. Since we bought in advance, there was no return of money.

Food not very hot, not stocked enough and gluten free options are very poor. Plus no toaster due to health and safety which is ridiculous.

No seating availability due to the lounge being completely packed. I had to walk around for 10/15 minutes waiting to find a seat. Seating availability very poor. No private toilets, had to use general airport toilets. When I found a seat, it took too long for the existing passengers food and drink to be cleared from the table.

Even though we had booked couple of months in advance they were very unprepared. It was extremely busy and I thought it was very disorganised. Not much food put out, no cutlery or plates, they were in the middle of changing from breakfast to lunch and they did have staff members off sick so I'll give them benefit of the doubt. But wasn't as relaxing an experienced as usual.

My wife and I visited Aspire lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3 before a long haul flight to South Africa. On arrival the place was pretty rowdy with a group of lads warming up for Vegas. This wasn’t what we had expected but didn’t mind as we were on holiday mode. If you were look for relaxing then this wasn’t the place. The beers on tap were good and we were served very quickly. The food however was pretty bland and there wasn’t much choice. I would class Aspire as the harvester of the lounge world. No frills, pretty basic and fills a hole. In 3 hours you could definitely drink the entrance fee so I can’t knock the Vegas lads, I’d do the same.

Spent 6-7.30pm in the lounge. Had to ask three times if more hot food was being prepared, it was very slow and the dishes were coming out in the wrong order so the meat dish first then had to wait 10 minutes for the potatoes. The tables were not cleared in a timely way so several tables had stacks of dirty plates left on them. The wine we had was okay but the white wine was warm. The staff were not unpleasant but we're clearly not motivated to give even a reasonable service level. Our first visit to the lounge we had a voucher for one half price entrance fee but would probably not bother to visit again.

I visited this Edinburgh airport lounge in October with my husband and another couple we holiday with. We were all very disappointed. It’s the worst visit to an airport lounge I have ever experienced in this country. The bar was shockingly poor and the cooked food was cold. Won’t be back to this airport lounge.

We booked and paid for 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids) in advance for the lounge. It was so overcrowded-they couldn’t even seat us together. We managed to sit together by stalking seats. The food and drink were mediocre. Sitting in the public was cleaner & more spacious. Buy more comfortable chairs!

I have been in both executive and aspire at Manchester Airport, I personally will only go back to Aspire. I found the food not to a good standard and limited choice, the bread rolls were hard. I thought it was expensive for the quality.

Deep Fried sausages 🤮 No toast No brown bread Cold bacon Having the number of drinks (2)your having questioned by the bartender All in all this was a very poor experience and terrible way to start our holiday. We would not recommend this lounge to anyone as we felt it was a total waste of money.

Hi Leila, Thank you for taking the time to review our Manchester T2 Aspire Lounge. We are disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your stay in the lounge, unfortunately we do not offer toast or brown bread as part of our menu. All of our lounges operate a fit 2 fly policy so staff must be sure they are adhering to this at all times, we will be sure to pass your feedback on to the lounge team. Kind Regards The Aspire Team

Disappointing visit on the start of a major holiday. The bar had run out of gin, which was blamed on erratic deliveries (despite the duty free shops below obviously having plenty), and the food offering was extremely limited and unappetising. Crisps were down to two packets of the same flavour. Cannot fault the staff who were very nice, but poor value for money and will not visit again.
