Average at best. Having used the Executive Lounge many times before at Edinburgh Airport, I was very disappointed on my most recent visit. 2 "hot" dishes (i.e. lukewarm) and tired salad/pasta selection in cold section. I will not be rushing back anytime soon.

Booking for a group of people was insultingly invasive with extensive questioning! Try not to prejudice when “qualifying” the customers you want! Lounge was okay, food was very very below average and not one of your staff smiled the entire time we were there!

The seats in the lounge was very uncomfortable plus there was not enough for everyone, but the part of the lounge reserved for Singapore flights had lovely comfortable seating lots of space and free papers. Food was ok passable

There was extremely limited food when we arrived. All the plates, dishes were lying empty. When I asked why, they informed me it would all be topped up soon. Why was it all allowed to run out? Even when it was filled up choices was very much lacking. All I was able to eat was bread and butter, cheese and crackers and hard, dry scones. Rubbish, save your money and go elsewhere.

We were very disappointed with the lounge this time. All the cooked breakfast was cold and tasteless. There was no toast which my 81 year old mum wanted. This lounge is definitely not worth the money we paid and Leeds Bradford is far superior

Oversubscribed, too many people being allowed in without prior booking, no seating available and honestly would have been more comfortable just sitting in the main terminal. Completely different to the Plaza Premium that I usually book. Will not be using the Asire at T5 again.

The lounge was very packed and busy, not very relaxing. The food options were not very impressive or varied. Prosecco wasn’t on offer which I would have expected as it’s not a very expensive drink.

Insufficient seating, an alarm kept going off for the entire time we were in the lounge and the food selection was not great, although the one item I did have was good.

I found the terminal 2 lounge was not up to the standard of the other lounge at terminal 1. The food was not as good and the range of food was very poor.

The staff were still setting up past 4.30 the bar service was very poor, the food choice was average, should invest in a toaster, tidying of tables wasn’t very efficient, awful especially when I had experienced Manchester 6 weeks prior total different experience.

The food options were poor and there wasn’t much variety to choose from. Some staff were pleasant but some were quite cold

It was cold. Full food selection not available at the time of our visit. Cold drinks machine not working properly. One out of two ladies toilets working.

I was so disappointed on my last visit to the lounge in Luton -- all I smelt was curry -- hardly anything there I could have a little snack on ended up with what was left of some little pieces of cheese and a cracker -- not your usual standard 9th nov Flight ezy 2017 -- A disappointed customer S. Very poor. No record of my booking on arrival. Once I had got in, there was no space to sit down with my family - single people were sitting in spaces designed for 4 people, and seeing as I had my wife and breastfeeding baby with me, that was a problem. When we did eventually sit down, it was on a disgusting sofa - covered in dust and mess.

Have used several times in the past, was not too good last year and recent visit was poor, could not use wi fi, food not readily available and selection not as good as in the past (it was lunch time) and the measures given in a gin and tonic were very poor, may just as well have had water. We are a mature couple looking so very disappointed.

We really enjoy using airport lounges but I was Very disappointed this time. The staff were quite rude and wasn’t very welcoming. Also the food wasn’t nice at all and the syrups in the fizzy drinks had ran out and tasted funny. The food was either undercooked or burnt, no inbetween. And the bread was extremely dry. I wouldnt recommend this airport lounge to anyone. It was a waste of money. I had to stand with my food for 20 minutes before there was anywhere to sit as the lounge had obviously been over booked. We booked ours months in advance and wasn’t very impressed.
