Buns mouldy poor choice of drinks poor service never use this lounge again alsi will tell friends and workmates the same

We booked the lounge at Gatwick following receipt of your Autumn menu. When we arrived at Gatwick, we were told they has a busy morning and they did not have any more of the stew and had to put up with pasta. There was also a lot of dirty dishes on tables which took a very long time to be cleared. This was a very disappointing experience.

Food quality and choice was awful, was worse than school dinners, almost inedible, looked like slop, I expected a first class experience and instead got 3rd class at best. Staff were reasonably friendly and it was quite clean but the floor had food left on it, will not be using this again at this airport, extremely disappointed

Very disappointed with our visit, decor was like We walked into a room in the 70s, quite a negative vibe. View of the car park was depressing, temperature was on the cold side. I felt it was a very poor range of drinks to choose from. The young adults struggled to find nice nibbles to eat. The added cost for us as a family was really not worth it. We made the best of the situation as we should of felt happy setting off on a holiday. But never will I pay that money again for a visit to this Lounge. Wish I had something positive to add.

There was a poor selection of food, that was also empty for nearly 2 hours. The queue at the bar was massive and only one person serving. It was however clean. I won’t rush back here though. I went to the old lounge as the new lounge wasn’t ready and open as I had booked! All round let down.

I usually use the BA Galleries lounge at Heathrow T5 and expected something similar The Executive Lounge was cramped and tired (furniture well worn and crowded). The food for breakfast was good, though not extensive. Complimentary alcoholic drinks were not readily available but needed to be ordered from the bar, which was not permanently staffed. Magazine selection was limited and dog-eared. No lounge bathroom available I do not think that the Executive Lounge was value for money

Airport Lounge 26 - Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. On arrival, both on Thursday and Friday, staff at the welcome desk were neither welcoming or friendly. The food was good but I was a little put off by a gentleman eating ham, with his hands, straight from the counter.

This was disappointing. The lounge was overcrowded and we struggled to find seats. We had to fetch a stool from the other end of the lounge and saw another couple seated in a lobby for the showers. Despite this travellers who had not booked continued to be accepted at the door. There are no toilets within the lounge and no signs to direct you to them. After asking I was told they were outside. In all I would have been better using the money for a long relaxing meal,

Total disaster, advertising international cuisine. Don't think so..if you class having various curry dishes as the international food.... Internet was terrible and had to use the free airport WiFi...would never recommend to anyone...especially after this visit..

Hi When I booked this new lounge I asked if it was def going to be open the day I departed for Benidorm... I was told it was the opening day of the new lounge and it would be open. Turned up and it wasn't even ready....

The facilities were superb however we did not receive a very warm welcome. Despite going through the booking process because we were a group of men we were initially refused entry. All of us are in our 50's and wanted a relaxing start to our annual get together. We were treated as though we were a group of party animals intent on getting drunk and rowdy. The lady staff member advised us that we shouldn't have been able to book as a single sex group and that it wouldn't happen again !!

Was not impressed with the premier lounge. Not a great deal of difference from the normal lounge for the price difference. Staff were very rude and not helpful at all. Would not recommend to anyone. I have booked into lounges around the country and Newcastle is definitely the worst so far.

Although I made an online reservation the reception staff required a printed piece of paper for each of my group of 4 (which I didn’t have). Once inside, the lounge was understaffed and overcrowded. Used cups and plates everywhere. The food offering was meh. Skip it. Go to a resturant instead.

Very dissapointed that when the lounge becomes busy even after booking you can be refused entry after a discussion my party of 3 was allowed in yet they closed the lounge and refused access to bookings, if they stop walk ups to lounge and took the people that booked then you would avoid this isssue, can’t fault food or drink however some of your staff at Glasgow need a lesson in customer service, basic manners and a personality as they are sadly lacking in all of the above

Facilities were dirty and in need of TLC Bar area restricted due to bar stools and other guests sitting there. Meaning not easy to access for beverages. Poor lay out of food areas. All very tight (lacked walk area) . Staff continually trying to replenish but area to small for size of lounge. Staff unprofessional at times - could hear arguing in kitchen from where we were seated.
