Food ordinary, long walk to have shower (hard to locate) only 1 cubicle and 1 urinal for males and only 2 cubicles for women. Not worth the money and poor value.

Poor quality of food. Cold uncomfortable lounge. Staff accommodating. Won’t be using that lounge from terminal 2 again .

Seating ok, poor selection of healthy food. Only fresh fruit was apples and many of those were class 3.

Whist the Lounge was nice and the services good, the staff had allowed too many poeople in there were people standing as not enough seats, I had prebooked yet had to Queue in a very long queue of people that had not. Whist i understand that there is a business here, i do not feel it is acceptable for a customer to pay for lounge services in advance and receive nothing better than some food a drink for which you have to stand to eat in a space that is more crowded (per sq meter) that the main departures concourse its self, apoor show of the services available in Terminal 5 im afraid

Overcrowded. Food selection was dreadful and mostly empty. The meat dish had no meat in! Spoke to manager and did bring some more out eventually. Only good point was the excellent beer.

overcrowded ; food appalling ; spirits and wine below average (you've got to shake frantically the bottle of Canadian whiskey to get more than a few drops !)

Was pretty average - I have visited other Business Lounges in Manchester Airport and this was by and the way the poorest I have been to. The seating is uncomfortable and the selection of snacks poor - was undoubtedly of poor value and will not use that lounge again when travelling out of T2

Had pre-booked, but people were paying to enter on the day - this left very little seating, long queues and quite an uncomfortable experience.

Not as good as it was before. The food is not good at all any more apart from the breakfast. And since children are allowed in it excruciating when baby’s and small children are crying. We pay a lot of money for the use of this facility.

Booked for myself and husband, son partner and daughter and other son wife and two daughters and on arrival was told that we would not be admitted to the lounge because I had booked for nine people on three separate accounts and this was not acceptable. After a heated discussion we were reluctantly admitted where we found the choice of food limited. We have used The Aspire Lounge in Edinburgh many times and found it much superior to the one in Manchester.

When we arrived there was a group of 9 people ahead of us who were told groups were not admitted. A very long and heated discussion followed. We were unable to find staff to let us in the meantime reducing our time there. On finally gaining access a large area of the lounge was reserved for Singapore Airlines passengers ( this was almost empty) meaning we struggled to find seating. The whole experience added to rather than reduced the stress of travelling. We have used and enjoyed lounge access on previous occasions. If this had been our first experience we would not have repeated it. I would rather pay slightly more for a satisfactory experience. We would not use the particular lounge again.

Bit tatty and views over horrible buildings weren’t very nice. Food bit clearly labelled and wine choices weren’t very nice either

Worst we have used. Staff friendly to be fair and clean. Food was awful. Not a great choice, and not stocked well. And the bar to serve drinks with no ice did not suit us.

There were insufficient stocks of Guinness - the only drink my husband likes. I think it is only right that stocks that are running short should be promptly replenished (our flight was a morning flight) therefore i would expect stocks to be at the maximum at that time.

I've been really desapointed on the service received at the entrance. I pre-book and pre-paid 5 entrance for my client and really didn't want to let us in during the time we book our time in advance. I am a travel agent how are use to go in VIP lounge and we would love to propose lyour service to our VIP traveller but because of this bad experience, will will propose other one than this one.

Too many people booked in. There were 3 of us and we couldn't even sit together. Only one bar person so a long time waiting for drinks. Waited 20 minutes for quiche, only to be told when I asked again, it would be another 20 minutes. The quiche never came. Worst lounge I have been in.
