Have used this lounge a number of times in the past and enjoyed the experience. However on this occasion the lounge offering was very disappointing. The only food on offer was a bacon or sausage bap. The baps feeling quite “soggy” if they had been microwaved. There was no other food available ie: biscuits, cake or savouries. How don’t know how vegetarians felt on the day.

Very busy, even though I had booked on line. The good choice was poor and the seating was poor.

Disappointed with the experience of Executive Lounges at Manchester Airport. It's marketed as a premium lounge when in reality our experience was that it was not as good as the other lounge at the airport, it's also more expensive! Disappointed that prosecco was not available without extra charge (it is at the other lounge). The range of food was extremely limited and there was minimal available. The furniture in the lounge was not particularly comfortable for relaxing in. Overall not good value for money. That said, all staff on duty were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Not normally one to write reviews, but wasn’t overly impressed with the lounge or facilities. There was no seating available for long periods, we and others had to stand for 25 mins before seating was available, food was ok, but drinks selection was limited.

Toilets are an absolute disgrace. The food is poor at best. Last time we went there was only one type of beer and it was being served warm!

I was very disappointed. The lounge was a mess with dirty dishes and glasses everywhere. The food needed refreshing. There wasn’t even apiece of cake to have with a cuppa and I had to ask for more toilet paper for the ladies toilets. I spent more time looking for staff than relaxing before my flight. This was supposed to be a treat for my husband 50th birthday but I wish I’d saved my money!!!

Unfortunately I didn’t check the food menu before I booked. The choice was very poor as was the available drinks . No cider ! It was also under staffed although those that were there were very helpful. I would not return to this lounge .

Too many noisy children. Food all over the floor. Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for before my flight. Staff friendly and helpful as ever

Our first ever visit was spoiled by the number of people there. We struggled to find a table for 4, the food supply was low and certain things were missing completely. My elderly parents were jostled by other diners due to the lack of space in the food and bar areas. The staff did their best in the circumstances but one person serving at the bar was obviously not happy given her comment to another member of staff about restricting numbers. All in all a disappointing experience and I would welcome some sort of compensation .

We were really looking forward to the experience to be met with chaos! We arrived to a massive queue. It appeared that people who had not pre booked were queuing to get in. The lounger were still accepting these people. Unfortunately this made our experience terrible. The Lounge was at capacity. Although this shouldn’t have been a problem the amount of breakfast food available was not acceptable. We had a dry piece of bacon to choose from and some rubbery scrambled eggs. There was nothing else to choose from, every single breakfast item was not there. There was no cutlery or large plates. The queue at the bar was terrible with one member of staff serving. She was also very rude. This was supposed to be a special treat for the start of our holiday which left us feeling very disappointed. We did not get our money’s worth from this booking. Not a good experience!!

More like a cafe than an exec lounge. No comfy lounge seating all tables and hard chairs. Escape lounge is far superior and offers prosecco in the price.

I was very disappointed with the cramped space provided. The food was disappointing too. It wasn’t worth what I paid for it. Normally Executive Lounges are an oasis of peace and tranquility before a flight.

Poor choice of food. Changeover to prepare for breakfast took place at 8.15 even though lounge open to 8.30p.m. Food in snack area removed at this time. Not what we expected. Edinburgh lounge far superior.
