Was really looking forward to being in the lounge. However I was bitterly disappointed. The area has no soul, the staff are polite (ish) but the food was cold and the selection was poor. We arrive not long after 4.30am so no real reason for this at all. We also felt judged when we asked for wine/beer. Don’t think I would book again.

Its old and tired. It’s gone downhill since I was last in there. Food offering seems to have become more limited and it urgently needs a refresh. To be honest it’s not worth the money any longer

Drinks available very limited. No white wine when asked and no baileys. Food selection poor Escape lounge has a lot more choice.

From the minute we walked in the experience is poor; staff apologised saying it was busy so there may be not enough food whilst checking our details and seemed exhausted / let off steam to us at the reception about what long hours they had worked. There were no seats, luckily an older couple allowed us to tag onto their table. Drinks at the bar were running low and we were encouraged to bring our glasses for any refills back due to glasses being sparse as in the dishwasher. There was a clear lack of food. When food was available the choice was extremely limited and tasteless. I’ve been to other lounges were cakes and savoury snacks are available alongside main meals should they not be to customer taste. The staff were pleasant but seemed over worked and exhausted. The lounge gave off a feel of low budget all inclusive rather than an executive lounge and I have not recommended it to friends or family unlike other lounges I have visited.

Was disappointed the coke machine wasn’t working so drinks wasn’t nice tasted flat and funny so ended up not being able to drink my vodka coke food was disappointing to did not look at menu when booking rice pasta which husband didn’t like any and not really much salad all I can say is we were very disappointed staff were good wasn’t their fault the coke machine was working

I’ve used the lounge on numerous occasions and it just disappoints more every time, when I used it on 23/3/19 there was no cake or biscuits for the tea and coffee, there was a chicken paella that just looked like stodgy with lemon wedges in it, a pasta dish that just looked like grey mush and the bread buns where so stale they crumbled when you tried to cut them. I also asked for the air conditioning to be turned off because it was uncomfortably cold every one had coats and fleeces on. Don’t think I’ll visit on my next trip

The lounge was small, overcrowded and there was no discernable attempt to direct customers who simply appeared to be topping up with alcohol from those eating. Equally, the habit of using seating for luggage storage meant that my wife and I ate a meal on our lap while boozers and hand luggage hogged eating space! The food offer was average at best with no wholemeal bread. Compared with your terminal one lounge the offer was poor and not at all relaxing.

Food was very poor - dried up pasta dishes. Soup looked awful. The salad looked like it had seen better days. Not worth the money at all - not a spot on East Midlands lounge. The sparkling water was not nice. There was no atmosphere in there at all - some music wouldn’t have gone a miss. On a positive the lemon cake and crisps were nice. Limited drinks - no ales/bitters just lager and Guinness. Wouldn’t pay for it again.

THE TABLES WE COULD GET ARE TO LOW TO EAT AND THE LARGE TV TABLE HAVE SIGNS SAYING FOUR OUR MORE. THE OTHER TABLES AT THE SIDE HAD DIRECT SUNLIGHT HITTING ONE PERSON. FOOD WAS OKAY AND THEY CLEARED THE USED PLATES QUICKLY.

Used this lounge on 17th March, the choice of food was very disappointing, we got tired of constantly having to ask for stocks to be replenished, and the staff were indifferent. To sum up it was a poor experience and poor value. We will not be returning.

We been to this lounge at least 10 times, it was so disappointing on this occasion, there was hardly any hot food.. And even when they refill it gone in seconds. Drinks were great as ever and staff are always lovely.

This was a poor experience. The lounge advertises a range of premium beers. In fact that equates to more to on tap being poured from a jug, or a can of Guinness! Toilets were dirty with towels left all over the floor and service slow. There were crackers but no cheese and food was generally poor quality. I would not use again.

Not the best lounge that I have used. Selection of food seemed fairly limited, not of particularly good quality. Bread rolls seemed stale and bacon cold and greasy. I wouldn’t use this lounge in the future,

Quite disapointed. I booked the Copenhagen Lounge whilst in the Lounge at London Gatwick where there was plenty of variety of hot & cold food & drinks. Whereas in Copenhagen, 1 Pot of soup didn’t satisfy us, seats weren’t comfy, Chunks of wonky logs as tables. Was very hard to make the most of £40 for 2 with what we were given.
