Was very busy and over crowded. Food selection was poor. Might just as well have stayed out in the main part of the airport.

The lounge is always over booked and you have to wait 30 minutes to get in!! It’s has happened on both times that I have used it.

The phone charging sockets did not work. The toilet facilities were not good for the amount of people. The staff are very miserable and cannot be bothered to raise the smallest of smiles. Why employ staff that clearly do not want to be there.

Staff were not very welcoming. A lot of tables were reserved and stayed empty the whole of our stay and we struggled to find a table. There was very little food on offer...2 pasta dishes and salad..I don’t like pasta so there was little else. When a small plate of sweets was put out it disappeared straight away and if you couldn’t see it being put out you got none. We have used Aspire at Manchester Airport and that is far superior. Unlikely to book that one again waste of money.

The lounge was small with a lot of chairs (albeit comfortable) crammed into a small space. Wifi codes had to be requested from reception rather than being available freely in the lounge. Charging points appeared few and far between as well. The available food and drink was okay but overall I would not be rushing back to this particular lounge.

The lounge itself its ok but not worth the $$. Our flight was delayed and got to the lounge around 8PM and it looked like they were about to close and didnt care. I had glass of white wine which tasted like water and my husband had a cocktail, he told me it was THE worst cocktail he ever had.. no food available only snacks which had no taste. If i have known i would have saved $120 and bought food at the airport and just sat at our gate! My daughter didn’t have anything cause they had no kids meal or snack available for her! I will definetely save my dollars next time!

I have visited this lounge on numerous occasions but I am find it in increasingly disappointing upon each visit. We were a group of 11 people and upon arrival had no where to sit . There was a table reserved for a party of 12 , which I wasn’t aware was an option. Fortunately they hadn’t turned up so the lady on reception agreed we could use their area. When asking for two drinks to save the whole party going to the bar we were frowned upon questioned where the other people were and our drinks slammed on the counter. The bar lady then literally watched as we went back to the table to ensure we were not having two drinks ourselves. When we asked if we could have a double the same bar lady said she didn’t think it was possible and would have to ask her manager . To which we replied not to bother as it was too much hassle with an ever growing queue. We literally felt we were being observed everytime we picked up something to eat or wanted a drink. It made our group feel uneasy and I reminded them we had actually paid for the service it wasn’t ‘free’. The lounge was so busy the queue was up to the reception area and the staffs attitude was appalling and rude. Overall the experience wasn’t enjoyable and I will be thinking twice about using the lounge again.

Very disappointed. Some friends recommend we try and airport lounge having never done so before, with them recommending the other lounge at manchester. As it happens - it was fully booked, so opted for this one. Never again. the food choice was poor, and of poor quality - its really not hard to make a bad job of a buffet breakfast. The lounge seats were not comfortable, with no plugs available at virtually all the tables. a section has been cordoned off for singapore airlines - what the hell for? There were singapore flights anyway! Very underwhelmed, disappointed and would advise all family and friends to save their £21 and book another lounge, or just not bother.

Week day 1600-1830 visit with 3 other colleagues. Lounge not to busy. Service on entry and at bar fine. Warm food left out for long periods and obviously not replaced for many many hours. Selection of food/snacks highly disappointing Vs other Aspire lounges. Value for money very poor and would not return, unless improvements are made.

Positives: good internet. Nice personnel. Access to shower even if not very clean or welcoming. Negatives: really dull food, kids all over when looking for a quiet place to work.

No welcome/greeting on arrival - I don't expect red carpet treatment but some attempt at hospitality would be appreciated, perhaps a smile? Management were the frosty ones, regular staff were chatty and friendly. Drinks were locked away and had to be requested rather than freely available, doubles weren't allowed - I understand the liability concerns with some passengers getting too drunk to be safe to fly, but the lounge need a subtler, friendlier approach to this, based on principles of hospitality rather than treating questions and requests from guests like cheek from naughty alcoholic school children. Food was basic, not great quality. It's still preferable to being in the noise of the general departures lounge. No farewell when we left, again, basic principles of hospitality were lacking. We enjoyed our stay because that is what we were determined to do, but this was despite the overall treatment of our hosts - managers, not general staff - rather than because of it.

No breakfast items available. Dry pastries. Not the snack spread that is mentioned on website and nor the breakfast menu that I was emailed by Executive lounges. Shower & lounge was fine. Clean and quiet. Staff warm and friendly.

My wife and i visited this lounge at 04-20 recently on a frosty cold morning, the temperature in the lounge was unacceptable they had cold air blowing into the lounge, everyone including ourselves had coats on, i asked a member of staff why there was cold air blowing in and she replied its automatically set, the cold air stopped blowing at around 06-30 just in time for us to warm up before we left for our flight, food and drinks were excellent though shame about the artic lounge conditions.

I was very disappointed with the lounge and will not use it again for future flights. The food selection was very poor, it was noisy and crowded, and I saw a few instances where it appeared that the staff hadn't been trained to deal with customers. Really not the experience I had hoped for. At least I know for next time, not to go for the cheaper option.
