Breakfast was a big disappointment. We were looking forward to a full English but all that was on offer was bacon sausage and beans. We arrived at 8am and an hour later it was just sausage and beans.

Took a while to check in. One person on desk for large volume of people. Told where to sit. Limited availability of food not enough food for the volume of people. At times no hot food.

The Gatwick lounge seemed to operate at the bare minimum of what a lounge could be: 1) The reception host was morose and unwelcoming. (The drink servers were pleasant, however.) 2) The variety of foods offered for breakfast was limited and of average-at-best quality. A bowl of fruit was never replenished in the two hours I was there. 3) Most tables were in need of a need of a good wiping down with cleaner. 4) The WiFi was virtually useless and the host told me to log into the wifi of the lounge next door. 5) The beer selection ought to include at least one or two of London's many craft beers. All in all, lots of room for improvement.

After reading reviews about this lounge, decided to make a booking for the Aspire Lounge. I think “Aspire” is the operative word here. They should Aspire to do better! The MCC. Was good. The food was abismal. The carpets are filthy. Quite honestly it was not worth the money!

The breakfast offering at T1 Manchester was disgusting. Poor quality and cold. The child-free area was not child-free. Staff pleasant and helpful. Zurich lounge was much better.

We have used the suite in Manchester before we used Liverpool and it did not compare despite it being the same cost. Small selection of food and added cost for prosecco which is included in Manchester. Don’t think we would use the Liverpool Aspire again. Quite disappointed.

We had paid additional to go in Aspire Plus and I feel it was a total waste of money. It was very cramped and the tables are set too high against chair to make it easy or comfortable to eat. It was advertised to have Tanqueray Gin - didn’t exist and altogether not a very pleasant experience!

On arrival we were on the list at 4.30 not 7am as requested. We were admitted eventually. It was cramped and busy while the Singapore section was roped off and empty while we were there. Very disappointed, not a relaxed start to our holiday at all.

The worst lounge at Edinburgh airport. Won’t book again, only booked because No1 lounge was being refurbished.

When we arrived at the lounge, it was over crowded and couldn’t find anywhere to sit! I thought that there should be enough seating for the No of tickets sold! Also the food that was available was very poor! Very disappointed and not a great start to our holiday.

All the Executive Lounges were rather hard to find, this was Manchester, and felt to be tucked away at the back of the general Departure Lounge - which, by the way, involved a long IKEA-like trek through Duty Free before you came across anything worthwhile. Of the six Executive Lounges on offer, Aspire was the second worst. Emirates was the best. What was wrong with Aspire ? A thin buffet breakfast (slightly lower than the standard for such things as set by Premier Inn), a "tired" look to the place and shared lavatories that needed cleaning.

Not up to the usual standard sadly, we arrived about 9:30 no bacon available, only 2 sausage and no forks! I've always been happy with this lounge but it feels like standards are not being maintained.

A group of four oafish men spoiled the visit by being allowed to shout and swear loudly for most of our time there. We don't expect this from a so called executive lounge. I will be telling others about our experience. Peter Syred.

Very little food out. Lounge not full but it took a while to replenish. Victoria sponge cake centre was frozen. No one at the bar and now bottled beers are behind it, this was unfortunate. Still clean and tidy but not up to the same standard as when we visited 10 months ago

Well positioned for the gate but a very disappointing visit. Very small, no windows / views with very limited food options. Morning visit, hot food available was bacon sausage and scrambled egg all three were just warm, the egg if dropped would have bounced. This lounge fell considerably short of usual standards. We probably wouldnt book again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review on your recent visit with us. We are sorry that there was a slight delay in food coming our of the kitchen as the team had an appliance failure on the morning of your visit. The team worked very hard to ensure food was replenished quickly and we had great feedback about how well they dealt with the service. We hope your visit is a much better one. Kind regards The Aspire Team

Aprire Lounge Schiphol 18 January 2019 18.30 - the food was very poor in quality and choice. There was a pasta dish which had gone cold, the Mushroom soup tasted like it was tinned. Choice of soft drinks was minimal. Very poor value for money. We definitely won't be using the Aspire Lounge again: we'd have been better off sitting in Starbucks downstairs!
