There were no sausages. Bacon & egg arrived out separately. Food was cold. The bread was stale. Latte from the machine had no milk in it.

Dear Faith, Thank you for taking the time to review us here at Aspire Bristol. I am sorry to hear on this occasion you did not enjoy your stay with us. I will certainly pass your comments onto the lounge manager in order to make immediate improvements. We hope you will visit us again and experience the lounge at its usual high standard and leave with a better view of the lounge. Kind Regards, The Aspire Team

Upon arrival at the lounge we were told they had over booked and we were turned away and given a ten pounds voucher for the inconvenience!!

I was very disappointed with the lounge, it felt like sitting in a cloakroom. The seating was uncomfortable, the coffee was not good, food, very poor offering and quality. I would have better spending my money in the cafes and restaurants downstairs and I would have got more value for money.

Very rude staff.poor selection of hot food at lunch time. The only good thing about this place is your away from the main crowds of the airport bars.

I didn’t think the lounge was value for money at all! The food choices were poor and the pasta was dried up and looked as if it had been there for ages Would I go there again or recommend it to anyone else.... No

Layout and comfort of lounge are good. Staff are extremely arrogant and unprofessional.

We used the Lounge on New Years Day, arriving at 1pm. We were very disappointed that the hot food choices were Mushroom Soup, Chicken and Mushroom Pasta, and a vegetarian option of Mushroom Pasta. Unfortunately my husband has an aversion to Mushrooms and therefore was unable to have a hot meal. Very disappointing, and unlikely to re-book this service

We booked the Aspire lounge pre flying on 20th December to Langkawi on the TUI Inaugural flight. To say it was disappointing is an understatement. The facility was not very well stocked, the staff were exhausted and as a result the customer experience was not good. It is not somewhere I would recommend or book again, without assurance that there have been some vast improvements.

I went to the Aspire Lounge In Terminal 5 and was bitterly disappointed. The food was average - certainly nothing special for Christmas Day plus there was a cost of £20 for a shower which I thought to be an excessive fee. That said the place was very full and I eventually found a seat and chatted to some folks. When another couple left a side chair I took this as the previous person had been having a lie down and I thought I’d do the same.... I was very rudely told by a manager that I was not allowed to do this and that people had complained. Interestingly enough many people were lying down and snoozing and this lady only selected myself and another man to complain about - I’d like to add we were the only Europeans and I for one felt targeted- most disrespectful of your floor manager and her attitude was way out of line. Another gripe is I then had to search for a plug point to charge my phone and iPad- on enquiry as to why none of the plug points were working a kind cleaner brought me an extension plug but he too could not find a plug point working? A very poor show indeed. On leaving I counted no less than 5 people resting n sleeping and the same manager was on duty and nothing was said to them ... all were non European for your information. I was planning to use the Aspire lounge in Terminal 3 on my return to Cape Town in March but have decided against it as the service was so shocking for £34.99 - I would rather wait in the main hall for my flight and buy a decent meal and not be overrun in a confined space and deal with your disrespectful staff. I most certainly will NOT recommend the lounge to fellow travelers and I do expect an answer to my review please or at least some comment . I was in the lounge on 25 Dec 18 from 09:00-12:00 waiting for my departure to Nashville on BA 223 after a 12 hour long haul flight from CPT to LHR. A most dissatisfied customer of your lounge.

Limited choice, run out of too many items, cramped seating. Will avoid Executive Lounges no matter where we travel, daylight robbery.

Disappointing, struggled to find a seat, and the table wasn’t cleaned. No Toilet facilities. More of an corridor than a lounge, rather a waste of money.

Although I understand it was between Christmas and New Year there were insufficient Staff on duty when my Party of 4 visited the Lounge. This resulted in a long wait to book in and the food had ran out which resulted in another wait whilst it was replenished plus another wait at the bar because the Staff were elsewhere. There was no Red wine available at the bar. Fortunately it was not too busy had it been the visit would have been worse than it was particularly with the limited time available between getting through Security and going to the departure gate. Not a good experience although the Staff despite being very busy were pleasant and friendly.

The lounge was very small and the seating not very comfortable. The food on offer (breakfast) was poor and there wasn’t much choice.

Confort très réduit, peu de fauteuils et aucun adapté pour espérer se reposer correctement. Un choix très réduit au buffet et au bar, rien avoir avec les autres lounges bien plus spacieux confortables et mieux garnis !

We had prebooked but there was nowhere to sit. Staff were moving people onto smaller tables to fit everyone in. so the 3 in our group had to sit in a table for 2, not enough room to fit all our plates on. A large area was roped off for Singapore Airlines customers but the whole time we were there only 2 people sat there, this space could have been used. Food was good but the selection was very small, hot breakfast was just egg, bacon, sausage. It would have been nice to have beans, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. The man behind the bar was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing. The seating was neither comfortable for relaxing nor appropriate for eating as the tables were too low to eat from. And the food didn’t taste very nice. We had the breakfast. The only positive was the staff who were pleasant and kept the tables clean and cleared.

Our stay 3-6pm, 21.12.18, family of four. The lady on reception, and who also tidies plates away was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, and helpful. We were given a sofa area of seating, which was comfortable. The plug/charging sockets next to us were very useful. The downside of our visit was the food :( Very little choice, and didn’t look or taste particularly fresh. This was quite a disappointment, as we missed our lunch on purpose so we could eat in the lounge :(
