I travel a lot..but I think in 2019 ok be giving the lounge a miss..so disappointed of little options of food ..tables getting reserved signs out on them..I explained to lady .no one is here or coming in to use all these tables which were all clean and tidy..and for tables we could sit at...yes you've guessed ..they were all used and cutlery still on them..a disgrace in this day ..when I travel Asia and the lounges are that bit special..and at no more expense than from edinburgh...

This was my first time visiting Aspire and whilst the venue was quiet and comfortable the choice of snacks/food/drink was very limited. The soup was luke-warm and congealed. Having paid a generous amount to use this facility, I would have thought there would be waiter service for coffee which freshly made coffee etc. Instead coffee was accessed via a machine that was watery and lacking in flavour. Very disappointed. Will go back to using No. 1 lounge which is where I usually go when flying out of London Gatwick. Definitely not worth the money paid.

Very poor on the whole. Food awful. Even when brought out fresh cold and dry pasta. Made to feel as if they were doing me a favour not that I was a paying guest couldn't get wifi to work. My main reason for going. Very poor selection. Pros - clean and bright that's all

Paid £21 and glad it wasnt more. The food was very limited and seating not as comfy as a lot of lounges i have stayed in. Overall disappointed and wouldnt use next time.

Small area to sit. Food very mediocre. Bar not well attended. Much prefer the Escape lounge, but this was fully booked. Probably will not use again.

I booked this as a birthday surprise for my partner as I thought it may be a nice change. Upon entering the lounge we were not greeted and had to search around for the host so we could check in. Nothing was explained about how it works with drinks etc so again had to look around and try and work it out for ourselves. The breakfast was dry and did not look edible. It looks like it had been there for a long time. We had a drink and left to go somewhere else to eat. Overall a waste of £40!

I asked for a double from the bar and told I was not allowed one ? We were there at sat tea time but the food was crispy and had been there all day. I booked as I thought I would be able to have a good meal and a couple of drinks prior to my flight to Dubai, however I would have been better off paying g for a meal in the terminal such was the lack of quality of food in here.

Our food in the lounge is replaced every 2 hours and is temperature checked regularly to ensure the temperature is correct also. Kind regards The Aspire Team

I booked a visit to Liverpool. My son joined me following his discharge from hospital that morning. I asked if he could sit next to me for 30 minutes but was told that was not possible without payment. We found another place to sit elsewhere so that he could be protected. I was offered a financial refund.

Packed, no seats. Visited as a couple with an elderly relative and couldn’t move in there. No service at the bar. Food ok, bit cold and not much choice. Not worth the £96 I paid. Organised it as a special treat before our flight, shouldn’t have bothered

Dismal food offerings - left out all day/s. Staff rushed off their feet - so in PLUS had to pop next door anytime a drink was wanted. Bring back the old days of self-service and the limited snacks [but way better quality] of the Cheviot lounge - which managed with far fewer staff. Toilets pretty grubby too - not up to the standard of rest of airport. At least it's [sometimes] quieter than the main concourse but as lounges go pretty disappointing.

Not as good as other lounges I’ve been in. Luke warm food. No comfy chairs. Staff wasn’t very welcoming.

I have to say I was really disappointed. On arrival it is a lovely space but was then dissapointed that the Wi-fi did not work for my entire stay. I tried to tell one of the hosts but she shouted over to the lady behind the bar is the Wi-fi working today, she replied yes and the host walked off. No solution or a care in the world. The gentleman to the right of me said it wasn’t working but that he was using the airport Wi-fi. Next time I will just pitch up in one of the many restaurants and use that. Total waste of money. When I get time I will be writing for a refund with the screenshots of the Wi-fi not working!! Thank you for reminding me.

Dear Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to review us here at Luton. I am sorry on this occasion you did not enjoy your stay with us and that there was issue with WIFI on the day. We run a performance check every monday with the WIFI within the lounge. If you notice the WIFI is running slow or not connecting, staff on duty will always reset this however we are aware there was an issue with the network provider. The airport also offer WIFI to join however as they have the same provider , I believe the airport WIFI was also down. We are certainly looking into this for the future to see if there is anything we can do to assure this does not happen again. I follow a plant nased diet (akin to a vegan diet) for health reasons and the only things i could eat were vegetarian sausages ( which were cheap and tasted awful) and beans/bread. i couldn't eat any other hot food or any of the pastries or any other snacks. I couldn't drink the wine either. So it was quite a waste of my for me. however it was my only option as everyone else in my party was not vegan/plant based and wanted to use the lounge.

Food provided - poor. No toast available, no yoghurt, very little fruit and no variety, no cheeses or meats. Lack of sufficient comfortable seating. Will not bother booking again.

We had heard good things from our travel companions about their previous experience in another lounge at YYC. This did not meet our or their expectations at all in regards to the food that was served. We expected high quality breakfast fare including a selection of fresh fruit and proteins; what we were offered was a lot of processed carbohydrates and unappetizing beans and scrambled eggs. The apples did not appear to be washed - they still had the stickers on them! After several attempts, the staff was unable to provide us with water hot enough to brew tea!

Disappointed in standard of lounge. Tables not cleared away - atmosphere was more of a school canteen than an Executive Lounge. also that Liverpool Aspire did not have toilet facilities - you had to leave the lounge to find nearest toilets. amount and Choice of food available was very poor.
