There was no where to sit when we arrived. We had to wait until someone left. Obviously been overbooked

We used the Faro Schengen Lounge on 11/03/2019 from 09:15am. Whilst lounge was comfortable and facilities clean, the choice of breakfast was extremely poor. The cheese sandwiches were curled up and other choices wre almost non-existent and were of poor standard. We expected at least continental breakfast choices as at other lounges at other European airports. In a nutshell, we will not be using Executive Lounges in the future.

First time in this lounge, but wasnt impressed, we usually use escape lounge, which offers much more choice of food and especially drinks compared to your lounge!

The staff were lovely. The food could be better and the lounge was freezing. So cold we sat with our coats and scarves on. We left a lot sooner than we anticipated I couldn't feel my hands.

If you like pasta you are ok, I didn't so the choice of hot food was poor. The cake stand was not replenished during the time we were there. This was the worst lounge we have used.

There wasn’t many seats available when we entered the lounge, the food and drink selection was very poor, no glasses available for drinks, took over 20 minutes for some to arrive from the staff, there was hardly any food available, and when it was replaced it was gone within a few minutes as everyone was waiting for it, asked when the next batch would come up and was told we would have to wait! Gave up in the end and bought some food and drinks from WH Smith’s. very poor experience at Birmingham aspire lounge, I use the lounges at Luton and Gatwick and they have always been great! Very disappointed! Booked this as a teeat for my mother as we were going on holiday for her 50th birthday so bought this as a surprise only to be disappointed

At 11 am breakfast had finished and choice of food was very poor as was quality. Be nice if option of sandwiches made to order was available. Charging for prosecco which can be bought for the same price as wine is questionable and on the subject of wine the white was awful. Sad to say but it was my worst airport lounge experience and will not be using again.

Even though we booked 3 hours we were refused a drink 50 minutes early as our gate had just opened. Toilets were filthy and stunk of urine. Spent a lot of money as party of six adults so really disappointed.

Unisex toilets in T3 lounge disgusting! Wet floor & smelly. Men need their own toilet! Food selection disappointing & no Prosecco included.

On arrival i was on a tight time schedule and I asked for a shower. The gentleman behind the desk showed me to the bathroom, then noticed there weren’t any towels so went to find some, then he realised the bathroom was dirty. He told me to take a seat for five minutes during which time it would be cleaned. After ten minutes I asked what was happening and he said they were still cleaning. Another fifteen minutes went by with no word from him until I approached him to be told the bathroom was long ready. While the food selection was very nice the tables were dirty and uninviting. I will not be using this lounge again.

I would have marked the executive lounge facilities as very good had the toilet facilities been working. At the time of my visit only the accessible toilet facility was operational. I deem this as very poor service for a private lounge facility not to have working toilet facilities.

Accomodation is ok, but Toilet are outside of lounge, and food is very low quality and no choice or variety.

Small, gloomy, poor drinks choices and average food. Not worth the money compared to other aspire lounges!

There weren't enough options for vegetarians like us. They just had soup and bread and we were left rather hungry after an 8-hour long red eye flight. It was absolutely not value for the price charged.

On entering the staff were not very helpful, we asked for peppermint tea for my wife and were informed " we don't have any " that was that no help at all except that " there is ordinary tea or black current" there was no fresh food cooked as in other lounges we have been in is omlets etc just food stood at the counter where other people had left the lids off, staff should have replaced these swiftly but they were left uncovered for at least ten minutes. We had to ask for butter which again took five minutes, no toast available in all very poor given the cost for two persons. In addition you have to walk out of the lounge for around 50 mtrs to a public toilet none in the lounge, which it does say in the literature however again for an executive lounge this is not good as if a lone traveller you have to take all your belongings with you and upon return you find someone else in the seat you had just left. Staff seemed to be otherwise occupied rather then attentive to customers. We have been in many lounges across the world and this lounge is the worst the best we have been too is the 1903 lounge at Manchester T3 and Singapore. The lounge manager needs to see this to address the situation overall a waste of money.

A bit like a Holiday Inn Express lounge with the same perfunctory breakfast offerings. I won’t be using it again.

Food used to be excellent in the aspire plus, but we found the food to be stale and old.

Arrived at 17-30, found the range of food available very poor and in short supply also the soup that was available was cold, no one seemed to be concerned.

I would recommend the escape lounge but definitely not the aspire lounge. I found it small and cramped and the choice was not as good. Also thought it could have been cleaner
