It was cold, toilets dirty and it had just opened. Compared to other airport lounges, lack of food choice. Very disappointed.

We visited the Lounge at lunchtime but did not like the choice of hot food or soup as they mainly consisted of spicy food. Having previously visited early morning we find the food at breakfast time is much better. My husband only ate crisps but unfortunately these were stale. Up until a couple of years ago there used to be a much better choice of snacks, ie, chilli rice crackers, nuts and various cakes. A further disappointment was that you did not have any Bacardi or other brand of white rum available. Having paid nearly £55 for the two of us to use the lounge I would expect all popular, well known spirits to be available. Finally we detest the gender neutral toilets and hate using them. The previous toilets before the refurbishment were much better.

The standard of food available was shocking. I would not give the cold meats to my dog not a mind humans. The breads were cold, and some stale. The cheese was rubbery, nasty easi singles cheese.No pints, only half pint glasses in case you might get your monies worth. Stay outside in the public areas and enjoy your time in cork airport.

Really disapointed with food provision compared to T1 lounge last year. Very little choice of hot food and not very imaginative, no sandwiches, little salad. Overall, not impresses and wouldn't recommend sadly.

This is the first time we have ever used the lounge in any airport. We have 2 holidays per year and thought we would give the lounge a try with a view to using it every time. We found it lacked any atmosphere, no proper gin glass just a tumbler, the buns were stale and the rest of the food was only ok. We will go back to waiting for our flights with everyone else in the main departure area.

The day that we were there it was far too busy & not enough staff to cope with demand. One person serving at bar & the queue was horrendous. Tables were left with dirty plates as staff had no time to clear them. Food was also on short supply as the staff Couldn’t keep up with demand.

This is the first time we have been disappointed in the lounge there was a shortage of staff nearly all tables were covered in glasses etc. Queues for drinks reached the gents toilets staff usually just one serving as other was stocking bar up. Food also poor

We arrived at 4.15pm, the lounge had been extremely busy and most of the food had run out. Although the staff were helpful it did take quite some time to replenish the food and we were asked to keep hold of our glasses for our next drink because there weren’t enough glasses. Very disappointed and wouldn’t pay £30 again

I was very disappointed in both the staff and the facilities at Terminal 5 Heathrow. Having booked the lounge from abroad I did not have my booking pass readily to hand when my self and 3 companions arrived at the door of the lounge after a long flight. We were refused entry even though there was a booking for 4 people on the list at the time I had booked. I cannot understand why the staff don't have the name of the booking person on their list. We then resorted to breakfast at another business whereupon I found my pass in the junk mail of my phone. We returned to the lounge and were allowed in finally! The lounge was overcrowded and had a poor offering of food that the staff were desperately trying to keep topped up. I have considered claiming the cost of the breakfast we ate at another business from your company. Overall it was a very poor experience and one I would not recommend to others.

Food wasn't as stated on the website. There was no sandwiches available at all and the hot food was mostly for vegetarians not much food at all. Staff member also asked me how long it was until my flight which made me feel like I couldn't have another drink.

We arrived and I gave my name and booking reference number and was told we didn’t have a booking assistant was very unhelpful as I asked if she had a direct number she said no . And asked us to stand aside to let others in . This was supposed to be the start of a special holiday and first time I had used this service . After waiting about 20mins I asked the staff member to check again and my booking was there and just told us to go through. No sorry for my error or let me explanation. I did Email you at the time and I was asked if I was still in the longe and explained we were all you said was ok we will pass it on to the manager . No response nothing.

The selection of food was disappointing. A lot of empty dishes left on tables. The staff were not very helpful. We were looking for a relaxing start to our holiday which we thought was what we had paid for.

A good lounge that I've used before with no issues. Unfortunately this time there was a major delay in getting breakfast out & maintaining cooked quantities. On 3 occasions there we delays of over 15 mins as people waited for various breakfast items, surely you know how many people will be in your lounge so why wasn't the food prepared before & suitable quantities being prepared to prevent these delays? I'd also put some effort into training one or two members of staff on basic bar serve, pulling one pint at a time & refusing to listen to the rest of the order is for me, a qualified experienced bar tender, totally unacceptable - especially when she had a very dismissive attitude towards your customers!

Arrived at the lounge just ten minutes early and was told we couldn’t enter until our actually time. It was just ten minutes, I could have understood if it had been an hour. All the best seats had been reserved and these seats where left empty the whole time we were in the lounge. Food wasn’t to my liking. Definitely won’t be booking again.

We were very disappointed. The lounge was very over crowded with some people having to stand. Far too much furniture in a small space with zero privacy. No smiles from the bar staff. We won’t use this lounge again, it felt like a cheap cafeteria!
