I expected more from the Aspire lounge. I did not find the breakfast options very appetising. The wine was cheap and there was no choice. The wine glasses were also the smallest possible and very cheaply made. It was very cold inside the lounge and I would not choose to go again.

It was too busy/too many quests, food wasn't tasty, not very good customer service, worn out interior, not very clean. All in all, not good experience or worth of money.

Disappointing. Very crowded. Not a relaxing or comfortable experience. Food was ok. Staff quite friendly. Think I will try another lounge next time.

It is a great concept and if you are happy to snack and enjoy beverages it would be perfect. But if you want a meal prior to flight it is not great. The food was very poor and needs improvement.

Really basic food, bar staff unhelpful. Empty plates and drinks left for ages on unoccupied tables. Bad experience, wouldn’t recommend the lounge to anyone.

The aspire lounge that we booked was very poor compared to the no1 that we also went to on this trip as it was free with the flight upgrade we got at check in - so got to try both during same airport visit - but difference in quality is reflected in price - let down at aspire was the quality of the food and the basement location

In the Gatwick North it was a very poor menu the hot dishes were all BEAN based and I can say it wasn't nice on the plane either as several of your guest were on the same flight .we experience your lounge at Luton and it was great that’s why we book Gatwick it was a total let down

Overcrowded and unable to get a quiet, cosy seat - they whole reason for making the booking. Available food nothing like what was described in your online menu. On the strength of this, it is highly unlikely that my wife and I would use these facilities again.

Too crowded. Seating uncomfortable. One toilet was unusable, floor covered in water. Had to go and ask a staff person to put a toilet roll in one of the bathrooms. All in all a very disappointing experience. Kathleen Thomson

Sadly my experience at the Gatwick Lounge wasn't as good as I had expected. Food choice was poor at 9.45am and there were no magazines or papers which were advertised when I booked 9 months ago. I was simply told 'oh we don't have those anymore'. Drinking alcohol was not important to us - but having a decent breakfast and some reading material was!

Terminal 3 Lounge is not up to the standards that I would expect. The barman was not particularly friendly and when asked for a second glass of wine was almost rude. The food was of acceptable standard but limited variety, obviously based on a Middle Eastern cuisine but with Stilton cheese? The lounge itself is clean and quiet but quite a long way from the main concourse and not easy to find, we lost our way twice which was annoying.

Not a great deal of choice in the morning £26.99 we would of been better getting a breakfast in one of the restaurants in terminal. Also thought the chairs we not comfy at all for a 1.5 hour stay, Wouldn't go back

Far to busy even though had pre booked not even seating. Lack of choice of food on offer. Toilets were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day.

One third of seating unavaiable. Reserved for Quatar funny though ,for the 2 hrs i was in the lounge none of the reserved seats was used. Also no nrwspapers avaiable. Overall poor standard.

I'm sorry to say I was very dissatisfied. Only 1 gin on offer which was beefeater and all the gains there are that is the only one my partner dosent like. The cold food wasn't replenished enough for the amount of people in there. Compared to Manchester it was very poor.

I decided to pay for the lounge at Luton. Firstly it said smart dress there were people in trainers and tracksuits. Secondly I booked to escape the madness... the screaming child running around did not help! The food was ok but the coffee was horrendous. I will never book the aspire lounge ever again!

Checking in was painful and took approximately 15 minutes to complete. Others who had arrived after us were checked in before us. Tables were reserved with names on them our name was not amongst these even though we booked weeks in advance. Told to just sit anywhere. Most food items were not labeled and replenishment was slow. Not good value for the money paid.
