Limited food options, had to ask for vegetarian and all they had was a veggie sausage in a bap. Left and went to Wetherspoons, which was much better. Waste of money

Staff were great. With covid restrictions it felt like poor value for money, selection of food was poor and my kids did not eat much. It was great to have a table reserved however our table did not have any plugs to charge devices.

We have had our trip cancelled due to COVID 19 and have not used the executive lounge. We have not been able to have our money refunded so very disappointed with British airways and executive lounges as they have said we will receive a voucher which we do not know when we will be able to use it

Spent a ton of time signing up for the Lounge ticket, only to be told when I got to the lounge that there was no food being offered. Super inconvenient and annoying! You think the guy I spoke to on the phone would have mentioned there was no food available when I was purchasing the lounge ticket... I wont be returning to this lounge again

I booked the lounge as it was my wife’s first time flying. Was extremely disappointed having paid £45 for two of us. The vegetarian options for breakfast were very limited, consisting of eggs and beans. I’d add vegetable sausages to that list but the fact that it took 20 minutes for them to be cooked means they’re not worth a mention. Toast make up an important part of any breakfast however your lounge had buns (unbuttered and untoasted). You didn’t even have a toaster. All in all a very poor experience and not something I’d book again as it’s not worth the money.

I was very disappointed at both the choice of food and drinks. Didn't feel it was value for money whatsoever other than having a seat and access to WiFi. The lady on reception was lovely with excellent customer service. We were one less in our party due to one person not travelling because of the covid-19 situation are you offering refunds during this time?

We were arriving early morning at Heathrow from Miami and had a connecting flight to Newcastle. Unfortunately our connecting flight was cancelled and we had to wait 8 hours at Terminal 5 for the next flight. So I booked this lounge for some comfort. But you only get a maximum of three hours before your flight and, of course, need to go to your gate long before departure, so you don't get three hours. Consequently we had to sit in the terminal for quite some time before our lounge booking. We arrived in the lounge at 11.30, half an hour after breakfast food finish and the all day food started. However breakfast was still there, undercooked bacon and dried up sausages. Not good. This was eventually replaced by the daytime offering that looked somewhat unappetising. Apart from that there is sliced ham, cheese and not much else. There was no bread at all, there should've been, so no toast, no sandwiches. They guarantee you a seat in this lounge, but is long and harrow and seating is hard to find. Many of the seats are just bar stools, there are tables and chairs, but all that was available to us was a very small table up against a wall with two chairs, we were not very comfortable. The drinks selection was probably good, it was too early for a gin and tonic, so we only had diet coke. For two people the cost was well over £60 and in my view was very poor value for money. The lounge was busier that the terminal, and there is a much better choice of food in the terminal. We were able to sit in the terminal and would easily have been able to buy food and a drink for less that £60. This lounge is not worth the money and I will not be booking again.

We were really looking forward to relaxing in the Executive Lounge before embarking on our long haul flight to start our holiday. What a disappointment! There were no comfortable seats available so we had to sit in a very unattractive area. The food was very sparse and not a great deal of variety. Not the sort of experience we had envisaged.

Most of the lounge was sectioned off so not able to use. The ‘relax’ massage chairs weren’t working properly and the one that was, very uncomfortable to use Choice of drinks was good and the receptionist very friendly

I must say as this was my first visit my expectations were very high. I was quite disappointed. No toaster available, out of order sticker on it. Having to wait at the bar to be served as the poor lady was also having to put the food out. Not a great choice of food, but most disturbing was there was no covers on any of the hot food, so open to the elements. The buns were so dried out they must of been off the following day. One the plus side the beer and coffee was nice and the staff were very friendly and pleasant . I guess I will not be winning with this negative FB

There wasn't enough seating, yet tickets were still being sold to people to get in. We eventually got a seat in the coldest room imaginable. Limited selection of food. Drinks were ok.

Food was awful, mould on the bread which I did mention on the day, poor selection which wasn’t being replenished. Soft drinks and alcohol were good.

Drinks were excellent and very tasty, as well as a lovely breakfast. We were extremely dissapointed with the attitude we were received with as staff were unwelcoming, unhelpful and rude. As it was our first time in the Aspire lounge, we were hoping to experience a relaxing and luxurious service and ultimately start our holiday before we had boarded our flight. Very let down.

Overcrowded, very little room to get to the bar and the food. We struggled to get seating the worst lounge we’ve been in. Would not book again very badly designed

Really disappointed at the "New" Edinburgh lounge. Lack of food on offer, no tv's. Poor welcome. I will be using the original lounge next tome
