Staff at front desk were nice and accommodating and WiFi was good. food was low quality and presented poorly. Staff were very inefficient as we weren't allowed to order ourselves so had to wait to be served but staff were mostly busy chatting and ignoring customers. Also very bad communication between some staff and sometimes shouting at each other. Wouldn't pay to come again.

We arrived at about 7am to be told that no alcohol would be served due to coronavirus as of the same day. We ultimately paid £28 for a roll and a cup of tea!!! And not a great breakfast either. Staff were lovely but food poor and definitely not worth what we paid!! Extremely disappointed.

On arrival, there was nobody at reception to greet guests. After checking in, I waited at a table for more than 10 minutes before anyone appeared to take my order. During this time there were no staff to be seen in the lounge then 4 appeared all at once. I had to ask if anyone was serving. After this, the service was good. Menu choices were limited due to covid restrictions. Not my best experience of airport lounges

Dear Amy Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to see the lounge was cold, we were made aware of an issue with the heating that is maintained and operated by the airport and this has since been resolved however I do apologise for the inconvenience. I have forwarded your comments to the lounge manager to ensure service improvements are made. Kind regards Aspire Lounge Team

First time in Brs lounges since Covid. Checked in nicely and quick it was quiet so drink order taken with ease. But food was so bad, cold and I couldn’t eat it. Service got worse as it went along. Worst experience in a lounge overall. Won’t book Aspire again.

Lovely lounge,we was the 1st ones in at 5am. However we sat and waited for 35 mins before being served (only when we finally asked them) Other people came in after us and got served before, because we was quiet we got forgotten about. Food was okay however overall very unhappy.

Went on 23rd September 2020 and wasn't very impressed as you couldn't just go up and help yourself, I don't see why not as you could go up for your own coffee 🤷🏼‍♂️ I won't be booking again until the current situation is over

We attended the Aspire Lounge at Manchester T1 on 19th September and were very disappointed. There wasn't enough staff to cope with the number of customers visiting. The bar continually had a long slow moving queue, as the staff were expected to serve drinks, take food orders, and answer customer queries/complaints. The salad bar was empty and only replenished quite some time later. As we were delayed on arrival due to airport processing, we were limited on time, so these delays and shortages virtually rendered the visit as pointless. As a regular user of Airport loungers we do not intend to use Aspire again. Not a pleasant experience or value for money.

This was our first visit to lounge, and sadly have to say wouldnt visit again. Obviously due to covid it was going to be limited menu but didn't expect how limited it would be. Small portions and when went to bar was questioned why I was ordering two drinks, even though one was for me and other for my partner who was travelling with me. I did feel was filled to capacity and was quite a wait when ordering food and drinks. Sad to say I don't think would pay the £57 fee again, and was disappointed with the experience, although we were excited to start our holiday off in the lounge 😢

Always come to executive Lounges they are great, our last visit unfortunately was disappointing we were on a early morning flight and needed a breakfast which sadly was very sparse More food came out as we were leaving! Also our plane had very little to eat we were somewhat hungry on arrival. Lounge was as always clean and very friendly so we paid highly for very little Jenny Lincolnshire

Sadly now limited to three drinks per person which I think is unfair as the price was not reduced and this was not stated when booking, we would not have booked if we had known this. Only two staff members to serve everyone so we actually didn't even have time for three drinks before our flight as it took such a long time to be served. I understand this is probably due to covid but I feel if people are booking more staff should be available.

The place itself was lovely. However the food was very poor quality and not much selection. Scones were hard. Cooked breakfast was not of good quality and the bacon sandwiches were cold also. There was only one type of gin which was a very poor level. All in all I wouldn’t book it again

Have used Lounges many many times before. However using the Aspire in T1 at Manchester on 6th September was very disappointing. I had treated our travelling companions to experience the lounge and I suspect on the strength of the visit they would not bother again. Not very much in the way of snacks and the cooked food choice was limited to 2 and quite frankly very poor

Food poor to say the least - furniture past is best and shabby. Disgusted to find out that drinks limited to 3 per customer - why was this not clearly shown on line when booking ? It worked out cheaper to buy drinks from bar in the main lounge. Don’t dare excuse this because of corona virus ! It is just your way of cutting costs. Never again will we book the aspire lounge - total rip off

Staff were disorganised. Even taking COVID restrictions into account the food was very poor - almost inedible. Drink selection also poor. Tea and coffee tepid. Seating not very comfortable. Will not return.
