Very disappointed with the whole experience

We visited the lounge at Terminal 5 September 5th. It was appx. 12 noon . The choice of menu was appalling. 3 soups including a goulash dish and a cauliflower curry the latter of which should have been served with a naan bread but they didn’t have any. Just a strange choice of food ; limp salads and scones and jam to finish. Food not that popular given the 1/2 full dishes of food left over . The seating is very uncomfortable. The tables are too low so you end up holding your bowl of food cupped under your chin. British Airways for me next time I’m afraid to say. I bet you don’t reply ....

Very poor choice of food and what was available was pretty tasteless, not really worth the money unless you had loads to drink!

Not enough space for the amount of people in the lounge. Individuals taking up tables for 6 by sleeping on the sofa. Food selection limited and luke warm when it came out.

The majority of Staff were lovely and friendly. Couple of Staff appeared a little bit miserable. I thought the Food would have been better I understand with COVID things are limited but the choice of cooked food was not that good. Very crispy Bacon, Scrambled Eggs no other choice, Tomatoes and Beans. No Toaster so Bread only. No Butter only waxy Flora Patties. No individual jam/ marmalade portions. The Fruit, Cereals, Danish Pastries were nice. Choice of Hot Drinks was good but one of the Cold Drinks machine wasn't working. Asked at the Bar for a Tia Maria to be told that's not included in the price. We had actually paid to go into the Aspire Lounge and it was changed due to them not being open but never received any refund difference for inconvenience I'm also aware the Escape Lounge is Cheaper. I don't think we will be going in the Lounge again except if we go from Liverpool as there Lounge was excellent.

Not all of the tea/ coffee making facilities were available and a very poor selection of hot food. No toilets within the lounge area also. Have been to the one at Gatwick and was much better.

The lounge was clean and quiet. The staff were unhelpful and seemed rather annoyed at being there. They ran out of ALL Vodka Food was extremely basic, cold and they ran out of egg at 7am and advised us they were waiting on a delivery so there would be no more that day. After 2 of our party contracted COVID two days before departure, I received a full refunded for these two from TUI and contacted Executive lounges to arrange a refund. I had to chase 3 times, to be told that they think 5 people (4 actually did) checked into the lounge. I’m still chasing 3 weeks later for 1 persons refund despite offering copious evidence. Poor service, I will not return.

Long waiting times, very small and crowded, food menu disappointing. Probably wouldn’t use again. The only saving grace it was a little quieter than the terminal.

I was unaware when I booked there would be a lack of food options available. My son and I were extremely disappointed. No bread, no toast, no pastries, no vegetarian options for the full english. If I had known, I would not have booked the lounge.

There were two choices of food . No snacks other than a bag of crisps. No side dishes salads etc . No cheese and crackers . It was rather poor . I also gave the attendant my phone to scan for my loyalty rewards and he didn’t do it properly and I have not gained any .

Very disappointing. Breakfast was on a child sized plate. Couldn't sit in the comfortable seats after breakfast as they were all "booked". Had a small (very) glass of awful wine. Definitely not worth the money. Staff very efficient though.

Heathrow Terminal 5 - Not good value at all, seating was not particularly comfortable, and the tables were tiny. In hindsight we would have been better off in one of the restaurants in the terminal. The Gatwick one we visited a couple of years felt like a treat, this one felt like a rip-off!
