It was ok but not worth the cost.

The lounge got very busy around 10:00 am. Some of the chargers at the main large table did not work. One of the two toilets had no toilet paper, and the other one had no seat on the toilet - the seat was propped on the floor! Not what you would expect in an executive lounge. On the plus side, the breakfast food was tasty and fresh.

Enough comfy chairs and nice quiet area. However, used plates etc slow to be taken away so had to clear a table myself, and food available was lacking in choice and quality. Expected slightly better food options however still worth getting away from main Gatwick area in half term!

This was the first time I'd vIsited an airport lounge and whilst I wasn't disappointed I wasn't overly impressed either. It was pretty full and we took about ten minutes to find available seating - once we did we then had another wait for someone to clean it. The buffet was of average quality. Not sure it was worth the money really

We were disappointed with the quality of the lounge. The seats weren't clean and the area was very warm and stuffy. We were expecting a different experience, more of what we are used to in lounges are around the world. Not worth the €25

Relaxed Atmosphere, good view of planes although only served Bacon baps, there was no sausage which is normal, they could visit Virgins lounge as that sets the precedent.

I felt that the lounge lacked a view unlike the skylounge in Glasgow Airport. Also there was a very limited amount of snacks.

The Upper Deck lounge at Glasgow Airport is basic but it does allow you to escape the throngs of other passengers and job done in that respect. Don't expect a smiling face behind reception when you arrive. I gave my name as requested and she could not find us on their system. The look I got would suggest this was my fault. Luckily I had references for my booking and bailed the woman out. No thanks from her-again the mix up was my fault!! Basic breakfast items and the only hot item was porridge. I guess you get your moneys worth if you drink like a fish, otherwise not amazing value. Sadly because there is no other VIP lounge at Glasgow Airport they have no competition so I don't expect standards to rise in a hurry.

The lounge was quite dirty and needed a good clean but the selection of food and drink was good and the staff were polite and friendly.
