“Lovely room with good view not too busy.....my only negative point was upon arrival at 10am bacon sandwich were available at the bar. Once we had taken our seat and queued for a drink the sandwiches had gone and were not replenished? For a period of 40 mins no food was available apart from some very tasteless tomato soup? Lunchtime sandwiches were just brought out as we left the lounge to go to gate. Would not rely on eating in the executive lounge but it's very comfortable.”

“Not really worth the money, was expecting to be able to access the showers, not have to pay a further 20pounds to use the facilities. Will not purchase on my next trip. Not value for money if you have no interest drinking..”

“Good points: Good food. Good selection of drinks. Nice to have individual tvs at tables. Clean and tidy. Bad points: External works going on meant that a loud grinding and Jack hammering noise was heard and felt to be right above us. No toilets in the lounge. Few tables unoccupied, the only table available to us was below the Aircon which meant jackets were kept on for the whole visit. Atmosphere was a bit cold, not very inviting.”

“I was grateful for lounge as had a 4hr wait at airport. However it was over crowded with no control on how many people were allowed in. Not a great selection of food. Glasgow far superior”

“It was very small , difficult to find a seat , when I finally got a seat , it was looking into a boarded up wall. Also no toilets !! So you have to leave with all your bags and therefore lose your seat , if you need to go!If you are paying to get in I wouldn't bother!”

“Disappointed. Fell short of our previous experience at Heathrow Terminal 3. No fresh fruit, poor choice of newspapers, coffee/tea area too confined. No TV news. Booking-in was without any welcome, just processed. Fell short of expectations.”

“I like the relaxed atmosphere and the comfort. On the occasion of my visit this time however I was disappointed for the following reasons: 1. There was no white wine. 2. There were no soup bowls. When I asked for one it took ages for clean ones to be brought. 3. There were no bread rolls to go with the soup. 4. There were no biscuits to go with the cheese.”
