“This is our 4th visit and we were surprised to see the ceiling had still not been blocked in. The lounge is still large and comfortable but this time the air con did not appear to be working and only one fan was working. For the second time there was no Brandy available and the variety of food was very limited. On request they brought hot sausge rolls and pizza and it was first come first served as no more appeared in an hour and a half .All in all still worth using but not as good value as used to be, at that time I would have given it 4 1/2 out of 5”

“Only acceptable due to the rudeness of a member of staff who when asked a simple question regarding the whereabouts of the coffee. Must add that there was hardly any snack food available. To sum up we managed a cup of coffee and a couple of finger sandwiches. The outside area was OK and for the price, well, we put it down to experience.”

“Relaxed as was able to lie down on the sofa which I appreciated. The staff gave me a blanket. Toilet facilities are insufficient as only one for men. The showers are a long way from the lounge.”

“Generally good, however food/snack choices very limited. Basically cheese and crackers or soup. So, if you are unable to eat cheese and the soup is not to your liking ...... We use the Aspire lounge on a regular basis and they also offer a selection of sandwiches.”

“The menu is narrow. Hardly any desert and no real warm plated (pasta etc) So is wine selection. The place was overcrowded, but no blame here. Still you are under par at the price. Staff is OK and they do all they can.”
