“Not very impressed. The tables were not cleared or cleaned and the snack selection late afternoon was only nuts or various crisps. I had a much better experience in a lounge at Gatwick. I would not use this lounge again.”

“We went in Swiss lounge this time as couldn't get in to escape. Drinks selection good food options not as good as escape lounge. Furniture also shabby compared to escape and staff not as friendly.”

“Pre flight they are a great chill factor. However they are becoming steadily downmarket! We used to frequent the Amex lounge and Diners lounge but were then given a card with our bank that no one wants to accept! Last weekend we went to NY and the Aspire lounge refused us. We like the Escape lounge as the choice is large and varied but after getting into the Aspire lounge eventually it had limited food pre warmed Bacon sandwiches, soft drinks served from supermarket giant bottles that was flat, a staff member limiting your Alchohol order, no clearance of tables etc etc. The online photos are extreamly flattering! Avoid if you can.”

“We had problems with access as the receptionist was unable to locate our booking, apparently they didn't know how to. The lounge was very nice”

“I have marked the lounge as good as the choice of food and drink was great however this is the second time I have visited this lounge in 2 months and on both occasions found the ladies serving at the bar extremely rude. Also there is a quiet area for a reason so children shouldn't be permitted in it”

“I am sorry to say that it was Hobson's choice . The only lounge in T5 it was far too buisy and I think I made a mistake booking . The only thing that made me happy was the first class staff .”
