“Needs updating, carpets were dirty, paint on skirting boards needs redoing, our arrival time we struggled for 15 minutes to get a seat.”

“Overall the lounge is pretty small but offers good views over parts of the airport, breakfast was decent as are the beverages on offer. Biggest drawback are that the toilets are not within the lounge, they're situated a short walk away.”

“Great reception ladies and fantastic Lounge manager who could not do enough to help us - it was very very busy, we had trouble to find space - it's now far too popular and not sure now if it's worth the extra money I paid ?”

“While the lounge was comfortable with excellent views of Terminal 1 apron and the runways the food and drink was very disappointing. All that was available to eat when I arrived (2.30pm) was nuts, crisps and olives. Later a number of very small rolls appeared filled with egg which I found rubbery and under-baked. Also, I enjoy a gin and tonic and I was disappointed to find that the only gin available was Gordons. These days, every decent bar has a selection of gin available. Also, the draught lager was not working fort some reason. Altogether, very poor.”

“Small ,over crowded , not enough to staff to do food, serve drinks , and cleaning tables, staff how ever very nice cheerful and working hard to make passengers happy. They really perform a mirricle . Luton airport is a joke ! It should be closed down for refurbishment. It is the worst UK airport”
