“I had a nine hour layover and could only use your kounge for three and that is a shame because it is comfortable. Your wifi does not work so had to use that of Emirates lounge. Almost missed plane because your recptionist could not get correct info from Mobolity . I use a wheelchair for long distances. It was the day of the BA glitch.”

“Comfortable surroundings, good selection of drinks & food on offer. Let down by being extremely busy during our visit. People were waiting for seats etc. Just took the edge of the atmosphere.”

“The lounge was quick to enter and bacon sandwiches were available just to grab (no order required). Drinks were easily obtained. However, there is no departures information in the actual lounge (only at reception desk). No eggs were available. Certain tables and chairs cramped”

“The lounge didn't meet my expectations. The food on offer was quite limited however, was adequate for light snacking. I expected to to be able to sit in comfortable surroundings however, when we arrived all the best comfortable seating was 'reserved'. During the entire 2 hour visit, these seats remained empty so we were forced to sit on single uncomfortable toadstool chairs. Unfortunately, as a result, we decided as a group not to book again for the return leg of our journey.”
