Able to relax before our flight, however seemed too busy for the number of staff working. There were around 10/15 people queuing for drinks and only one person serving.

Relaxing with the choice of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic being very good. The variety of food available left a lot to be desired - very disappointing.

The staff were pleasant and courtesy. The drinks and food adequate.

This is a comfortable quiet space with an outside deck. Easily accessible from the main departures area. However, drinks do run out and the food selection is basic at best

Large selection of drinks. Good food menu variety. Poor bathroom facilities. Inadequate lounge chair selection. Will not recommend your lounge again.

Clean and tidy but staff were slow, left waiting at the bar for ages! Lots of signs about not taking food, felt I was viewed as a potential criminal not a VIP. Regularly visit VIP lounges and this one could learn a lot from Aspire!

Nice views of an active runway. There is a Bliss Spa that I would have used if I had time. As well, the little relaxation pods looked nice.

This lounge is not as good as others we have booked. It is in urgent need of new carpetting - the carpet looks disgusting. The range of snacks was not very good. The soup was barely warm and greasy. Not a good choice for things to eat. The bread which came with the soup seemed undercooked - it was like the bread you buy to finish off in yourself in the oven, except that it was not finished off! Would not book this particular lounge again.

Despite booking in advance we were greeted in an offhjand manner by being told "We are full". I protested my disappointment by explaining that we had paid when we booked. There was nowhere to put my cabin bag down except the floor to get my proof of payment out on my iPad. My first time to Aspire lounge will probably be my last as I did not feel welcome but food and drink were adequate However if you do read this revue and act upon it ,then I might reconsider.

I like to use a lounge before I go abroad just because I don't like the hustle and bustle of the airport outside. The food was really tasty and had a good selection I think I went up three times for food. Great selection of drink and having tea and coffee was a nice too. All the staff apart from the receptionist were really nice. The receptionist a female constantly kept looking me and my fiancé up and down and was scrutinising my conformation booking. Which did put me out of sorts. I have been to some more expensive lounges within our UK airports and weren't treated like that at all. She needs some customer care experience and not to be so snobbish. I can afford it and I am good enough to be in there. Apart from that it was nice.

It is a better way to spend the waiting time in the airport.

It was Ok ..... Just Ok! Not very relaxing! This is not a Lounge, as we have experienced at T1. This establishment is more akin to a 'Dinner Bar' - and folk had to Q to get into it! Not that impressed, but the soup was good, so gave it a 3.

It did not make my happy but it did disappoint. It was not a good experience and we were told having already pre booked it was full and to come back in 20 mins apparently this was a mistake ! And we were allowed in only to find no seats to sit together for 10. Mins although some tables were empty but reserved. This was not the Aspire airport lounge we were expecting from our experience of other aspire airport lounges. On the whole a waster of money and extremely disappointing

The lounge was a bit tired and in need of modernisation. The food/snacks were not as comprehensive as anticipated. Liked the soup and the drinks which were comprehensive and generous.

We had to queue to get in as it was really busy and seemed over booked. It was very noisy and there were a lot of children and it didn't feel relaxed at all, not like other times we have been in. The food was nice and the staff were all lovely bit I'm not sure we'll book again as it was just too chaotic

The visit I am afraid was marred by delays at the terminal in checking in and significant delays at security, despte arriving at the terminal at 05.15 we were unable to make it into the louge until 07.35 we had time only for a quick coffee before our flight was called for boarding, desite thThe staff at the lounge were welcoming and friendly and showed us through to the lounge,

Very busy with limited seating. We got in as we pre-booked but noticed others being turned away (various card/club members normally entitled to entry). Something of a bun fight for standard buffet fare, guess this eases depending on time of day, but then everyone wants something having paid for the privilege. Anything else is chargeable. Then there's having to exit for the restrooms and the uncomfortable exercise of having to push past the queue and hope you don't get challenged upon re-entry. Simply not worth the fee or hassle.
