“Enjoyed the comfortable seating area. Good choice of hot and cold drinks. Would have been nice to have more choice of food. Only a few pastries. Not really enough for our children to eat.”

“I have used the executive lounge Bristol in the past and always looked upon it as a perfect start to the holiday. This time I booked the Aspire + but didn't find it as enjoyable experience as previous. We arrived at 10.30 am and breakfast service was over. I consider this too early to be eating Soup and mini pies etc offered on the lunchtime menu. This was to be a surprise for my partner and I dont think all the "picky" things available were to his expectations.”

“Booked this as a treat for my family before we flew away on holiday . The lounge itself was acceptable and the staff very welcoming and friendly . The problem was that at 11.40 in the morning the only hot food that was available was soup . No sandwiches , no hot pies , no other options at all . For the price i paid this was very disappointing to say the least . Would i book an airport lounge again ? Yes . Would I choose your lounge ? On reflection probably not .”

“Lounge itself was 5 star but should open inline with flights our flight was 6am even staff could not get in until 4.35am no staff in plus loung but a lot in normal bare in mind that you pat a lot more for plus”

“As regular visitors to the lounge we were disapoibted that we had to wait aoprox 15 mins to gain excess as the receptionist appeared to be flustered and left us with only 30 mins in the lounge so a very expensive day”

“It was the first time we used the Aspire Lounge at Terminal 5 and were disappointed to find it full, we had to ask a member of staff if there were anymore seats. Luckily someone got up to leave as we were asking, we had booked the lounge but the front desk were still taking 'walk ins' and did not seem to realise it was so full. It was rather noisy and compact but on the plus side the quality and choice of food and drink was very good.”

“Clean, tidy and peaceful. Also plenty of seats. However, I was very unhappy with the snack food. I asked staff if there was anything vegetarian and dairy free. They just shrugged and said no. I asked could they make me a salad sandwich as all sandwiches were meat or cheese. They said no. It was lunchtime and I got nothing to eat. Very upsetting for me. Had to go spend my money elsewhere. This has put me off Glasgow upper deck and I probably won't book again”

“Nice and confortable area and service. However there was people waiting to enter because the area inside was full. For an important airport as Montreal I wonder if one excutive lounge local is enough.”
