Great selection of drinks, although as a dairy allergy sufferer it was not clear what I could eat and the staff were not prepared to make anything fresh for me. Would pay again for the quiet and relaxed atmosphere, although I hope more can be done with the food as many people are lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy. Thanks.

It didn't make me particularly happy as I have never been in such a noisy place full of unruly children it was not relaxing at all .I will have to find another lounge next time I fly out of Heathrow.Children should not be allowed into a lounge put up your prices to deter them.

I was disappointed in the service due to lack of staff. Tables left with cups, food etc hard to find a table clean to sit at! I have visited the lounge before but have never experienced this before.

Worse lounge I've been to. Limited space and no alcoholic drinks available. I won't be using you again and gave alerted friends who intended booking to forget about it. It was expensive for what you offered

Nice way to relax before your flight. Staff lovely, chatty and attentive. Decent choice of snacks and drinks. More televisions would be improve the place as everyone was crowding around the one at the back where we sat to see the Olympics which made us feel slightly uncomfortable. No toilets in the lounge is also an inconvenience. Wifi is quite slow as well. Would probably come back again though

Very quiet and comfy chairs! Food was non existent - only a few cereals but no warm pastries as promised. I was there 7:30-9am and for the majority of the time was the only person there.

Good points: Isolated area away from the mass of people. Free drink was good and the view of the apron was exciting for the children. Bad points were: 1. Too expensive for children aged 0-17. We had a 15 month old toddler and paying £25 for her was a rip-off. 2. Food was poor, sporadic and cold only. 3. The area is not large enough. We had to queue for around 20 mins to get in. 4. The décor is not up to true Exec. lounge standards. Basically you are giving the impression of a temporary setup that needs an overhaul. I assume it will arrive with the new building. Otherwise you are expensive for the price.

Lounge was very nice inside BUT It was not worth the money and the food choice was very poor. A dry bacon sandwich was the hot menu. No choice at all. Unless you want to drink alcohol while at the airport to get your money's worth. I find strange since they are expressing not to drink to much before you fly or you may get refused to board your flight. You do get free wifi but let's face it you can get that most places now.
