“My overall rating is average. The lounge is very comfortable but I found the choice of drinks poor, plus I was not impressed with what was available to eat. It is unlikely I will use the lounge again, value for money is questionable.”

“Wasnt what i expected .....limited bits of food that wasnt kept topped up very well. Wifi connection not very good, no flight boards in the food area what i was mainly shocked atwas how dirty it was flooring was filthy and i had to wipe seat and table before i used them definetley not an executive experience we booked it as we were flying out for our honeymoon and wanted something a bit special were actually quite disappointed.”

“It was a nice experience although i waited 45 minutes for the prosecco i had pre-ordered before i had to ask for it. Its not like they were busy as there were only 4 people including me in the lounge. We were told that pastrys were been brought up but they didn't arrive. I thought all the food was to be available at 5:30am?? This was not the case on my visit. I did enjoy the peace and quiet. Thank you.”

“It should have been relaxing but it was quite stressful because our reserved table had been give to another family who refused to leave. We were a pre booked party of 7. We were given a small seating area and had to eat our breakfast on our laps and from a very low table. The morning we came you were terribly understaffed and therefore your staff were extremely over worked.”

“Die Getränke sind Ok. wenn Man das Glück hat einen Sitz auf den Sofas zu bekommen ist es auch sehr bequem. Das Essen ist ausreichend. Wir würden die Lounge wieder buchen.”

“Made a normally quite stressful experience calm and hassle free. The downside was that at 1pm on a busy Saturday the lounge had ran out of the popular white wine, Pinot Grigio. So my favorite wine wasn't available to start off my holiday!!”
