Nice surroundings, but staff not very welcoming. As its a vip lounge, you would expect happier more cheerfull staff. I've stayed in many lounges due to my work. And I was quit disappointed. I work for for a airline company and it was quit an eye opener to see the attitude and service. Off the staff, sorry to be negative but at one point. I waited 15 mins for a drink. I asked if there were any papers, and was told if there's none there then no.in futer I would be looking at a different lounge many thanks

The range of snacks available was very limited and we had to ask for drinks. The lounge was not busy but we felt like we should not be asking for drinks as the waitress was not very helpful

The Aspure lounge at Heathrow is far to small and cramped. Very very slow trying to enter. Expected bathrooms in lounge but had to leave the lounge certainly would benefit from an upgrade.

To be honest a total waste of money for us(family with two children) the children's area had 2 tablets and wifi was shocking, the bacon butties were awful and although we are not teetotal neither of us drink at 5am so it didn't even make it worth the £80 we paid for 4 of us,a touch screen tv that only worked with a remote from reception after you leave them your passport that is, if you are travelling in a group of adults or you can happily sink 4 or 5 alcoholic drinks at 5am then this would be fine and worth the money but otherwise save your money.

I used the lounge early in the morning so I checked what food was offered as I have only previously used executive lounges from lunchtime. The lounge advertises fresh omelettes to order in addition to bacon sandwiches however I found much to my disappointment that this is NOT true. I was told they only have limited pre-prepared omelettes and this was only offered to vegetarians. This is false advertising! Otherwise the lounge was satisfactory although the staff could certainly have been friendlier.

First visit and mildly disappointed. Selection of food was very poor; only bacon sandwiches available (despite website saying omelettes also offered) The bacon sandwiches were not made to order and looked like they have been prepared the day before! Sorry to be so negative but I have used lounges at other airports and the fare, facilities and general ambience were far superior to those provided at JL Airport Liverpool.

visited 24/07/16 booked in midday. not much food available. soup had ran out had to wait for 10-15 min for some more. 1 bar staff on with a queue forming. only food available was egg sandwiches. reason for booking this lounge was first week of holidays I knew airport would be busy with not much seating and queues at most food stations. all i got booking the lounge I was guaranteed seat and that's all. not much food available a few mixed nuts and 1 drink. a little disappointed with overall experience and price. time spent in lounge 45 mins. time delayed on tarmac in plane 2 hours. but that's another story????

Not sure if this is a temporary move as faro is going through the current works. Lounge doesn't seem big enough as people struggled to get seats. More snacks would be good and more than one loo.

This lounge gets an average rating from me, based largely on it's size. Given the fact that it is housed in terminal 5 (the largest free standing building in the United Kingdom) and the amount if people travelling though the terminal, the lounge is mind-bogglingly small. The most it can cater for is a total of 80 cutomers at a time and I am being generous. It appears to have been designed for single, couples and business travellers and definitely not families (who are also people wishing to get away from the nightmare of the main terminals). There is a lot of wasted space devoted to a handful of individual pods, that once occupied, never become vacant. It is not comfortable, there is only ONE sofa, so if you are a party of three or more you'll be either crammed around one of the SIX round tables designed for two or sharing the low level arm chairs also arranged for couples. That said, there are booths designed for multiple travellers, but there are only TWO of them! On the plus side the staff are amazingly friendly and efficient, and the food is excellent. If I could rate based solely on the staff and food it would be 5 stars. However, I must say I find it hard to understand why this poor design and lack of comprehensive market research into customer requirements, should have led to this wholy inadequate room! That people are not travelling enough to build up silver or gold lounge access memberships or that families chose to fly economy (£3,460 for our family of three...economy?!????) doesn't mean that we don't require a level of calm in relaxing surroundings when travelling. Which is why booking and paying £30 each to use a lounge should mean one has spacious relaxing experience, which unfortunately we didn't get. I don't usually write such in depth reviews but I do travel regularly (albeit economy) so I frequently use paid for lounges and I have to say this one, given it's location was an unfortunate surprise.

We have been in lounges before and this was the worst by far. Usually there are plenty of snacks and food to help yourself too. You were ok so long as you like bacon rolls as that's pretty much all on offer. I'm vegan and there was nothing so we won't be back. We asked and I was offered an omelette. It also needed a right good hoover.

It's small and has no toilets. Not as good as the BA lounges. It does have power and charging points. Showers are extra. Not as good as comparable lounges at other airports for example Bristol.

Quite busy, but quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast selection and range of drinks, although the 'lunch' food was very disappointing - very little salad choice.

I found the lounge to be very loud. There were several families with small children that were allowed to run amok throughout the lounge. While it isn't the responsibility of the lounge staff to police or entertain the children, I would have hoped that they would discretely inform the parents that the children were becoming obnoxious. Overall, the facility had adequate seating and food options.

On entering the lounge it was noticibly busy and it was not easy to find 2 seats together. At reception the staff were discussing how many more people could be allowed in and a priority customer became irate when he was told there might not be room. Inside very clean and tidy but lay out did not optimise space for customers to be seared. Nice food and a good selectIon of drinks available. Overall I would say it was over priced as I did not feel particularly relaxed having booked to escape the crowds.(A galley feel to the space in most of the lounge due to pods and spa)

On the day we visited it was standing room only very busy not what we are use to we always looked forward to a quite relaxing start to our airport experience. However this time a lot of children running around the mass of people sandwiches and drinks were snatched up as they arrived by the crowd. This was not the best experience we have had of paying the extra for something which has always been a little bit special. We don't expect exclusive treatment and understand it is a business however you must appreciate from a customers point of view it was not value for money on this occasion .

Lounge in general was ok , the only 2 things that ruined are stay there was it was far too warm where we were sat in the booths with to air con not working ?also husband asked for cheese for my autisti son 1 hour before it was due to be out out she gave husband attitude , as she walked away she failed to realise I was with my husband and proceeded to talk about him to a colleague which shocked me as its not good customer service and especially over a piece of cheese ? We will return next year but expect these to be rectified.

Staff were friendly, and there was enough seating when I was there (although some people were having difficulty locating seats near to power points to charge mobiles etc). The range of food / snacks on offer was adequate - but not as good as the Aspire lounge at Edinburgh airport.

I booked the lounge for my wife and myself on the understanding it would be quieter and there would be a dress code. I was surprised to find the dress code was not followed up as their was a gang of lads who were on a lads holiday wearing football shorts etc and we're obviously full of booze as there table was full of beer glasses. This was roughly 6am, so they had used the lounge to get boozed up before their trip but this is what my wife and myself were trying to avoid. This is why we booked the lounge as your website says it has a strict dress code, but this wasn't the case as there was other people walking around with vests on etc. We we're actually using the lounge as a trial run as we will be travelling from mcr airport again in September along with other family members but if we have the same problem it will be the last time.

When we arrived the lounge was packed and it was difficult to find 2 seats together. After about an hour it did empty out significantly. Food was okay.
