Good food, not enough comfortable seating and very poor internet.

Not very impressed poor choice of snacks on offer.seems like the main reason these lounges are used is for the alcohol on offer.

Very limited choice of food - especially as we were there at lunchtime. The seating was not particularly conducive to privacy. There were no magazines

Great little lounge for the money, definately quieter than waiting in the main airport. However 1. No real designated quiet area 2. Very limited food selection on offer. I arrived at 10 at left at 1 PM and the buffet had not changed and was very breakfast orientated which was disappointing at lunch time. Savoury items were non existent...other than crisps and peanuts

Not as refined as I thought it would be and food selection was only average. One type of soup, three different types of filled rolls, ham salad, warm Danish pastries, crisps and some other salad nibbles. Drinks were easy to access although I didn't get a positive look when I went up for my third drink over a two hour period. Although the price was okay for an airport I would grudge paying it again for the service!

Nice area to sit, let down a little by the selection of foods and fact that fizzy drinks were to be poured ourselves out of a large bottle, which was flat. Also only 2 ladies toilets so had to queue even at 5am. Had a lot more choice for less money at other lounges

The general levels of comfort in the lounge and the quality of food are good. The coffee is of a disappointing standard but I would have rated the lounge higher than 3 stars if it had not been for the unacceptably rude receptionists. I have never felt so unwelcome!!!

Booked a stay at this lounge as we had a long wait for connecting flight after an overnight flight from Canada. When we turned up at the lounge we found the system had booked our entry for 3 hours before our next flight was due to depart and we were refused entry earlier by a very rude receptionist. This is not what you need when you are very tired and want to rest. I feel there is a problem with the booking system as you are never going to get 3 hours in the lounge the way their system works. Apparently you can override the entry time but it's not obvious when booking. Once we gained entry to the lounge we found it quite small and very busy. Food and drink was okay. Some staff were friendly but on the whole I do not feel it was worth the money paid.

Ok but some rowdy behaviour from a group of men, with offensive and gratuitous language, when nothing was done by staff to try to moderate the situation. Average food and drinks fine. Think I shall use the slightly more expensive lounge next time, in the hope it will be better controlled.

I have used the lounges on many of my trips...I reason I book it when I have a early morning flight as there's always a selection of hot bacon rolls, omelets etc...but this time there was only snacks available but at the cost of £60 and at 5.30 in the morning you need more to eat than crisps and nuts

Arrived at 4pm, unable to find a seat for two so sat at the bar stools for 30 minutes. Only food was biscuits, nuts and hot soup, all the bread rolls were gone. After an hour scones with jam and cream arrived. The wine was good quality and my B &Cs made waiting almost worth while! Lounge expense would be spot on by a bit better food, sausage rolls or similar.

Upon arrival, myself and my group of friends were greeted with funny looks as we were a hen party of 7 and had (inconveniently, judging by the sighs of the people behind the desk) booked serparately. I understand that there may have been issues with other hen/stag dos in the past but we were just a group of 7 friends who happened to be going away together. Immediately we felt like we were being treated like children and looked down upon. We had had t-shirts made that were not vulgar in any way and were asked to take them off, we thought that this was because there was a strict dress code but upon arriving in the actual lounge, (after me having to undress and change into a different top in front of the desk) there was a woman dressed in tight gym gear. We had been excited to come into the lounge to get our first drink of the holiday and the whole experience left us all slightly disappointed.

The lounge was okay, nothing special. The check-in staff could be friendlier. Did enjoy having wifi, drinks, snacks and a quiet place to spend a long layover. Value was probably fair for the price.

Lounge okay but our experience was ruined when a really rude woman told my 11 year old daughter off for sitting cross legged on the seat with bare feet. She could have asked politely for her to move her feet but she simply said "and you shouldn't have your feet up there either". The rest of the staff were lovely but experience was ruined before we even left the airport.

Unfortunately, I waited sometime for the receptionist to finish a casual chat she was having with a colleague in the store before she finally emerged to check my papers. Apart from that the lounge was fine.

The lounge was quite full when we arrived and although we found somewhere to sit, there was quite a lot of mess in the seating areas from previous visitors. We found the décor to be a little dated and the lounge was not as comfortable as the Aspire lounge we have previously used in this terminal. However, for the price, we were able to have a snack and a few drinks before we flew which made it worth the money - I'm not sure if the other lounge was full, as it was this time, we would still book this one as an alternative.

First visit and will be my last. Luke warm tomatoe soup, the cheapest gin, no ice or lemon/lime available, felt like a budget lounge rather than something special to start our holiday off

The aspire was clean and tidy. The choice of snacks was a little poor from my experience.
