Two issues to comment on. 1. The food has deteriorated a lot since last year. Although there were smaller amounts previously, they were better quality and much more choice. 2. Given that the washrooms serve other lounges, these should be increased.

We booked 18/06/2016 compared to last year we were disapppinted .. only one person serving at the bar it took 10 minutes of queueing before I was served the staff are over worked. No bread for the soup . Etc Nor sure if we will use the service again.

Nice lounge and welcoming staff, very disappointed with the lack of any hot food available, we arrived at 5pm and expected there to be some hit food available or at least a sandwich unfortunately there WA only cereal and some pastries available, hopefully this can be rectified in the future as I wouldn't use this lounge again until it can supply got food or sandwiches

I was a little bit surprised that there were no hot meals available except the soup at 2.30pm. In other Lounges which I have visited there were always some hot meals available during the day.

Difficult to give an in-depth review given that our time in the lounge was relatively short due to problems passing through the terminal. My initial observations were that it seemed to be on the small side and finding seating was an issue. Access to the hot beverages was OK and the coffee had a good and rounded flavour. I'm not sure if the food was as well received. It was breakfast time and the rolls of offer with the bacon or sausage were on the dry side and the cinnamon pastry had been over heated, which resulted in a very flakey product that was greasy. Access to the lounge was slow as there was a queue, mainly comprising of people trying to purchase admission at the door. This process appeared to involve quite a bit of explanation to those individuals, which meant we were waiting in the line with our prepaid paperwork until we were able to get to the front desk. Once there we were given access to the lounge promptly.

Staff very friendly, quiet spot- comfortable chairs, wifi perfect. Selection of magazines sufficient. Unfortunately, only UK plugs and not too many of them on the walls. cold drink selection fine, but coffee quite dreadful, as were the croissants. Probably the worst ones I have ever tasted-could not eat them- tasted like paper. These two things are easy to fix- get better coffee machine with good coffee and better breads/croissants. For price OK value.

Very crowded, tables very close to each other, only paper available was daily mail! No toilets within lounge area, have to go out into main concourse, and fight your way back in through crowd waiting to enter lounge. No teaspoons- apparently they have all been stolen. Umm, so not good all in all.

The whole concept of the lounge is a good idea but it would be nice to see more hot food/snacks rather than just cheese and crackers and a rather 'hot' spicy soup that not everyone likes. The lounge had run out of butter for the crackers and the bread rolls too so the £19.99 price tag was a bit steep. The drink selection was good and it was quiet.

Some of the food items appeared to have been sitting out for some time. The front desk attendees mixed up my friends paperwork and "lost" his itenerary for his flight, giving him someone else's. Clean facility, friendly serving staff.

The lounge had great facilities, but was a little crowded. Took me a while to find a seat in the area I wanted, and even when I did my table was a bit squished. The food and drinks were great, but wish the space had been larger with a quieter and more relaxing vibe.

We use these lounges all the time before holidaying. This time is the only time we have been a little disappointed. Most of the tables were dirty and I had to wait a rather long time at the bar to get a drink. If we go again from terminal 2 at Manchester I would think twice before booking into the lounge.

The worst lounge we have visited we heard staff complaining about having to clear tables and the only snack available was cream of mushroom soup and bread rolls which some of our party could not eat I would not use this lounge again very disappointed !

I was actually quite disappointed and wish I had not booked the lounge. I was expecting magazines and newspapers to be available. ALso the food was not of a good standard - the quiche was burned and should not have been put out. There are hardly any vegetarian options. The bar and service was good however for my non-alcoholic beverage before my flight.
