was quite busy so had to wait sometimes in order to get a drink. Not much choice in seating

The facility was quite full and they kept running out of things like scones and cream. There is also no toilet facility in the area. Otherwise, it was clean and relaxing.

The lounge itself was a little on the small size although we had no trouble finding a seat. The overall accommodation gave the impression of being a little tired although it looked clean enough. The snack selection was a bit limited but there was a reasonable selection of beverages.

The refreshment services are good and adequate for your needs. We arrived at 8.45am and a light breakfast was being served. The down side was they wifi did not work and although staff said to use the main airport wifi this was not very good.

I would rate the Heathrow Terminal 5 lounge as average. This was based on the fact that the layout of the lounge was not particularly well designed. Also when we were there it was full with limited seating available. I would rate the food and drink as good however the physical layout and seating availability was poor which makes me give the overall experience as average.

Seats quite comfy and quiet area but a poor selection of food compared to other lounges we have been in.

The venue of the lounge was nice and relaxed, classy looking also. Unfortunately by the time we arrived the area was full and we managed to scrape some seats together. I was however disappointed in the food selection. A friend was hoping to get eggs benedict and instead found scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. Nothing wrong with that but I think the menu needs to be clearer.

Was very busy and I was a bit disappointed to be honest, comparing to other lounges in Heathrow that offer more variety and more calm atmosphere

only half the facility was open upstairs unavailable. The lounge was very full and we took 10 to 15 mins waiting for seats to come available. Also lounge was very warm may be due to the number of people in the facility. Even though the lounge was full the front desk was still taking payment for more people to enter. Plus a number of tables had reserved signs on them but remained empty.

We found the lounge to be quiet and comfortable; the staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of drinks and light snacks but the only hot food, pasta with a tomato sauce, was lackluster and overcooked. Overall a pleasant experience but I question the value for money.

Was adequate for the 45 mins spent in there. As our visit was in the morning bacon rolls were being provided and we managed to secure last two rolls in heated oven and they were good.

A very quiet and relaxing venue. However, the food choices could be better and the white wine choices could have been refreshed. In terms of comparison, the Marco Polo a Club VIP Lounge in Venice was much better.

Food trays empty most of the time, little on offer which is a shame because previous visits have been very enjoyable. Very likely staff shortages .

Whilst we were at the lounge the fire alarm was activated and we had to evacuate as it should be but the lack of knowledge of the staff as to were to direct people was seriously lacking. We were told conflicting information by members of staff and basically had to just make our own way which in my opinion in a major problem in these times of heightened security

Unfortunately, when we checked in at 5pm there were lots of empty tables littered with dirty crockery and glasses. It was difficult to find a clean table. Despite the lounge being fairly quiet, it was about an hour before tables were cleared. The lounge is looking very 'tired' with dirty carpets, chipped paint and part of the floor was taped off due to broken tiles. The hand dryer in the ladies toilet was broken and the toilets seem to be difficult to flush which had led to people simply leaving them un-flushed - not pleasant. Not the nicest experience.

Lounge was full when we arrived and we had to wait to enter. Granted access after 10mins of queuing No advice was given about facilities, shortage of staff was evident. No hot food was immediately available. No cups were available until requested. This visit was a gift and we were slightly disappointed.

Very disappointed, arrived at 7.25 our allocated time and had to wait until 8.00 for any bacon sandwiches or pastries to be put out.I also had to ask for orange juice as all the jugs were empty Our party included 3 children who had been up since 4 a.m. and we're very hungry. Nobody explained that there were other foods available, which we eventually found at at about 8.40. We queued at the bar where the food was being served, but the one and only server at the bar was continually serving alcoholic drinks and every time we managed to get to the front of the queue to ask for a bacon sandwich was told it would be another five minutes. We booked it as a treat for the children having had a good experience at the one at East Midlands Airport, where they appear to cater for families, but this is certainly not the case here, where they cater mainly for adults. From my experience, it appears that this lounge caters very well for the parties who want to consume vast amounts of alcohol at the the expenses of families who were hoping for a peaceful and relaxed time before our long flight.

Very small. Narrow. Cramped. No toilet. Bear in mind though, the only one I've been to previously is Stansted which is, frankly, the polar opposite.

1) My flight arrived late. The reception was not very cordial . I had to "bargain " for an additional 1/2 hr due to the late arrival. I was told that that is not the company's fault. My point: you are an airport lounge , you have to take it into consideration. 2) The lounge itself is too small, people actually had to wait because it was full. 3) Food not bad. coffee awful. 4) It would be good to be able to add on 1 hr for a partial amount, instead of 2 slots of 3 each. 5) The internet correspondance and information with Kerry was excellent.

Very comfortable lounge but a little chilly, especially early mornings as we have found on previous visits. Also range of breakfast options is poor.
