Warm welcome on arrival. limited selection of breakfast items available. Good selection of drinks. Ladies toilets did not flush properly. Impressed by the USB charging points.

Rather small, not enough seating. The food on offer was good and staff helpful. More than one receptionist would help, we were queued out of the door even though we had pre booked

Wide range of food on offer, only one person available to manage queue of guests at the door. We had to move tables because the temperature in the back was far too hot. They needed air conditioning. Mixer fridge is far away from the spirits and bar, so took a bit of hunting to find it, which wouldn't have been an issue but we had limited time on our stay which was limited further by the queue at the door.

I was very disappointed that we had so little time in your lounge. Although we paid a considerable amount of money to enjoy three hours, in fact we only had about 45 minutes. The first big problem is that our reservations were made online for the Panorama Lounge and even in this survey you refer to it by that name. Since we were one-time visitors to Switzerland and not familiar with the airport, we had a very difficult time finding it because there is no signage for a Panorama Lounge. After walking back and forth many times in the E terminal looking for you, we finally ended up at another lounge hoping they could provide some assistance. We were informed that the Panorama Lounge no longer exists and is now the Aspire Lounge. So we went out and followed signs to the Aspire Lounge, which we had passed several times while walking back and forth. The second problem was that although there were two quite competent ladies checking people in, it still took us almost 10 minutes. When we finally got inside the lounge all of the comfortable seating was being used and we were forced to sit on high stools at the window while having a glass of wine and a very light lunch. The lounge itself was nice, but in view of the very limited time we had in the lounge through no fault of our own, the price that we paid seems exorbitant.

We have booked the lounge via a travel agency. Paid CHF 29.- per person. The selection of drinks pleased us very much. But the food we were a bit disappointed. From Lunchtime until 14.00 pm breakfast buffet were still placed. We've been expecting a small lunch buffet. But all in all, it was very quiet in the lounge and we could spend the wait time calmly. Best regards Kilian Maeder

We normally go to terminal 1 aspire which is excellent , swissport at terminal 2 was very disappointing , very little / no air conditioning very hot , no sandwiches , plates had bubble gum beneath it , staff were lovely but I don't think it was worth the money as it was very limited food not what we were expecting

Good to get away from the main lounge love the drinks and snacks you can help yourself too but disappointed that there was only hot soup would have like sandwiches as we had travelled for about three hours so rather Hungary and did not want to fill up on drinks and crips.

Better food and more choice. Monitoring of people abusing the quiet area as it was terrible when we visited and had no peace.

Lack of air conditioning does not enhance the stay.Although nice to escape from the crowds the lounge can get rather busy and on my visit they were turning customers away. Staff were polite and a reasonable standard of food and drink available.

Nice area and good space. The two servers were perfectly nice but I had to ask for them several times as they were in the back room chatting. One of the two soups were empty throughout. I've been to the Edinburgh Lounge and is a 5 star compared to this place. I would certainly consider hard about paying money for the Glasgow Lounge. But would not hesitate to go to Edinburgh.

We found the lounge very peaceful which was good, but other than that it was a bit of a disappointment compared to the ones at Gatwick we found the food a let down usually there are bacon rolls and although we don't eat bacon your staff have provided us with cheese and biscuits in the other lounges. The magazines and newspapers were extremely limited so overall it was far from the usual experience in your lounges, we are going from Heathrow Terminal 3 in October but we think we may try the No.1 Traveller lounge again which is a shame because we as a family we preferred your lounges.

It is very crowded and does not give any feeling of being special. Queuing up for some time in spite of pre-booking, to gain access to the lounge wasi not a good start. There are no dedicated toilets. It is a very small lounge that probably accepts too many people.

Our check in wasn't that quick. The seats weren't very comfortable with other tables quite close. The service was otherwise quick, but overall I wasn't that impressed. As the max stay is 3 hours and bag drop is max 3 hours before the flight and then subtract boarding... It means that you actually have around 2.5 hrs in the lounge, max. I might use it again, but o didn't think it was that much better value than the other options available.

Reasonably easy to find if you know your way around the North Terminal ; the layout is rather crowded and not very clean, many areas "reserved" which limited the available seating. Food and beverage was adequate but crowded. Nothing special but better than milling around with the terminal crowds.
