It was a little warm and had no wine glasses.

The service provided by staff was very good but the Lounge was crowded and looked in need of a refurbishment. Not what I wanted before a long trans atlantic flight. The food available was acceptable but the bacon buns required more" bacon "and care in delivery. Overall not the quiet experience i was looking for prior to flying i would certainly think twice before using this particular lounge again.

The lounge was packed when we were there - and not necessarily with the sort of people you'd want to share a table with! There was plenty of food & drink, but as we were there around 6.30am we just had a bit of breakfast (bacon buttie, croissant & tea) - I think you'd get much more value for money if you were travelling later, and were more likely to drink alcohol & eat more. Overall, it was OK, but I wouldn't use it again.

Having visited other lounges I found this one to be small and with poor facilities. The food on offer was minimal and stale. The only plus side about it was that it was a quieter place than the main hall

Was noisy (children and a group of awomen just there to drink the spirits) and cold. Toilets barely clean. One of the tea/coffee stands had no cups the whole 2 hours we were there.

Staff on the door not very welcoming. There was a queue but I had pre-booked so went to the front which was the right thing to do although the abrupt manner of the door staff as I approached didn't make a great first impression. Food and facilities ok but generally cramped and I am not sure I will be using the facility again

There was not enough comfy chairs . Several children had their property on chairs and never satin them. Poor on allergy sufferers there was no bread for breakfast or gluten free cereal. A wrapped cake is no alternative. Eggs bacon etc good.

Way too crowded, not large enough space, too little seating for the number of people. Good luck getting rest pod or shower, forget about spa use. But otherwise a nice facility.

Firstly I have said our visit was a little disappointing, however the staff were excellent and did their best for us. The lounge is very comfortable light and bright. My critism would be the food was disappointing in the fact that a lot of the food was not present and the rest looked a little tired, I am putting this down to visiting the Lounge late on a Saturday evening. Would I go again well I will try one more time and hope it would be better. Thank you Paul.

The aircon was far too cold and we were told that it is controlled centrally so there was nothing the staff could do. We then moved from the quiet area to the far end of the lounge which was slightly warmer. I have found the wine choice better on previous visits so assume the 'Echo Falls' is a budget decision, not a brand I enjoy! On the whole the food available was good but surprised packet biscuits have been replaced by a barrel of loose ones - was not tempted as people were handling them and not using tongs. Large bottles of coke etc were flat, small cans are much nicer.

We pre booked but had to wait to go in as it was full. Compared to other lounges we have been in I thought this one was not worth the money paid. The food was not as good and the chairs were not as comfortable.

The staff were friendly and the atmosphere very relaxing. Away from the crowds outside. Choice of food limited and as I didn't drink alcohol, was a wee bit disappointed, then again for 20 pounds what did I expect. Unfortunately the wi-fi wasn't working well at all which was a main reason I paid for the lounge. All in all though, was so relaxing, I think still worth it.

Very disappointing that the WiFi didn't work despite reporting it to reception and online reference 27104 whilst in the lounge. No response has ever been received. This was a major reason for booking.

The selection of snacks could be improved upon. Another flight information board would be beneficial to travelers.

Overall good but should have more couches for relaxing/lying down. Preference should be given those who have booked the lounge for more than 3 hrs.

When I booked I thought the range of food available would be better. All we had available was breakfast cereal and drinks. We had a nice seat, but I wanted a seat and a hot breakfast so it would have been better value going to a restaurant instead.

The Lounge was comfortable and not too busy when we checked in around 1pm on the 24th April. Staff were all pleasant. I had 1 glass of dry white wine and when I asked for another at around 2.45pm, I was told that they had run out of dry white wine and only had sweet wine left and the stock would not be replenished until the next day! My husband was also rather disappointed that the only hot food option was soup. There were also no sandwiches available. No trying to be negative but trying to provide constructive comments.
