Usually a good experience but was disappointed that the facilities were tired, floor tiles broken, fridge not working, and the toilet had a distinct unpleasant odour.

Disappointingly small with limited areas to sit and the Internet was unusable. I had to complain and request the password for the staff network so I could do some work. However the food was good and loved the selection of biscuits and cakes available on tap.

We were only in lounge for approx 20 minutes as the security process was unfortunately very busy and slow. First impressions were that it was a fairly small lounge with limited choice of seats but i think renovations were going on so this may improve. Food and drink selection was good and was still good value for money and a relaxing start prior to the flight.

Last year we had a bad experience in the lounge and complained, the complaint was dealt with in a very efficient manner and we were given complimentary passes for the four of us, we purchased another two this time as there was six of us travelling. The experience was much improved this time as in tables being cleared etc but the staff are very slow at replenishing crockery and food and there wasn't much choice of food.

Clean & tidy. Decent toilet facilities. Nothing special though. No luxury. Very little choice of food/snacks.

Poor choice of food. Drinks OK but again not a great choice. The lounge was clean, tidy and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant

The lounge was a bit small and narrow choice of food poor but drink reasonable. Not enough space. No bottled water which would have been great. Staff very pleasant

It would be unfair to the reviewer and the requester to post an accurate review at this time as half of the lounge was cordoned off for a refurb. It was adequate enough but I would like to go back and offer a review after the improvement works when I am next at Schiphol. Cheers

On the day we visited the lounge was very busy and not everybody could get a seat which was disappointing. The bacon sandwiches were of a good quality, as were other food. Another issue was when my little boy asked for some crisps he was told there were none on now until the afternoon, a bit strange that. We have previously visited the lounge before and did not encounter issues such as these. They may seem a little minor but they took the gloss off our time there.

The customer service and food offering was very good. However with a 6 hour layover in DBX, what was needed was a quiet and restful area, this was not the case in what was a really a Tappas Bar. Firstly there was only a couple of lounge chairs to stretch out but more annoying was, that as the Tappas Bar was an open environment, so every minute or so the public announcement system would blast calls on closing and departing flight information. so resting and relaxing was out of the question.

We had to wait a little while due to staff shortages and the meals had finished when we arrived about 4pm, just snacks and soup available. Drink options were ok and service was alright nothing exceptional. The lounge was clean and comfortable. We have had better service and facilities at other airport lounges.

Easy location and met with friendly receptionists. Plenty of seating, however was disappointed with the selection of food on offer, pasta or bacon roll and some cold sandwiches, I didn't feel this offered value for money and wouldn't use again.

We arrived at 6.30pm in preparation for a 9.15 flight to Dubai. We have been in this lounge on many occasions but never in the evening. We found the food levels and quantity very disappointing and the bottle of prosecco we had to purchase very over priced. All in all not worth £21 each that we paid, will reconsider next time we fly from Manchester

Spent there from 9 am to 12 am. Only bread, cheese and ham to eat. Even some salad would have been nice. Soup came just when we had to leave. Otherwise quiet and nice place to wait for your flight

It was hard to give it more than average really. There was not much food choice on offer, just a small handful of cold sandwiches and the only hot choice was a hotdog. The beers were good and all served in bottles but because they don't put too many out at once they don't have time to chill properly. Not all the spirits were named brands either. It was clean and comfortable though.
