It's the cheapest longe in T3 so don't expect any frills. Feels small. Food choices limited to pre packed muffins and breakfast cereal. Friendly staff

The lounge was extremely difficult to find. It wasn't sign posted, and is actually a part of a restaurant of a different name

I always book the lounge as does the majority of our family but here are my comments from last weeks experience. The queue to enter the lounge was very slow, the doors were wedged open to accomodate the queue, there was boxes of fruit and veg and deliveries piled up outside the entrance to the lounge which is not a very good impression. The lounge is still not airconditioned enough as it was too hot, maybe this was because the doors were wedged open I'm not sure, no one checks the so called "quiet area" so there was lots of noise which was not been dealt with. I went into one of the pods but the noise from outside that room made it totally unrelaxing, shouldnt' that area be soundproofed with a proper door? I feel like the effort has been made but it's not quite there due to the above.

Heathrow Terminal 5 was crying out for a lounge, and this helps. But is was very busy, and perhaps a bit too small for the numbers it has to cope with. Still good though.

Good choice of drinks but poor choice of food. Few pastries, cheese and crackers, soup and roll.

Lady serving on bar could do with a smile perhaps she obviously did not want to be there. Bacon sandwiches looked uncooked and presented in a stodgy bun and stored in a small oven where anyone was handling them and putting them back in not very hygenic.

Very small area resulting in it being difficult to move around especially when staff were clearing up. No cutlery available on more than one occasion. Staff not happy to get clean items from the kitchen.

The advantage of the VIP lounge was plenty of seating available. We were surprises as there were no staff on reception when we arrived. We walked into the lounge and a staff member stated that they wouldn't be able to serve us for a while as they were short staffed and had to clean the whole area. We sat and waited and after 20 minutes went and stood at the bar to try and get some drinks. Eventually a memeber of staff appeared from the back room and served us. There was very little food available, only a few crackers and cheese. Generally we were disappointed in the service and facilities.

On arrival the lounge was very busy. The staff working 8n the lounge were awful, probably the rudest I have encountered. Would certainly not use this lounge again.

Décor and comfort in Aspire Lounge are good but selection of food and drinks could be better. The only food available during my visit was soup, cake ,crisps, nuts and cheese and biscuits. No sandwiches or salads were available. There was a large selection of soft drinks but alcoholic drinks particularly white wine were not of good quality.

Although this is not your fault, I feel that myself and my friends couldn't make the most of the lounge as Thomsons wouldn't allow us to check in right away which meant we only had less than 2 hours in the lounge which was disappointing as I had paid £80, obviously £20 each. We didn't think much of the toast as it wouldn't toast properly. We found that it was difficult to find certain things, especially the milk. I asked a member of staff where the milk was, she pointed to the fridge where there was no milk. I asked again and she huffed, pointing to the fridge again until I had to say there is no milk which she then tutted and walked off to get some. It would have been better if we had longer to spend in the lounge but due to Thomsons rules that couldn't happen.

I was disappointed that there were not enough sleep pods available and they are first come first serve. The food was average .

Have been using this lounge for the last 3 years & up until this trip have been very pleased with it. However this time it was looking very tired (18 March), with broken floor tiles and 4 fridges that were not working. With all the competition from other, nearby lounges, this one needs to up its game a bit.

Too many children in lounge. People ignoring quiet zone notices. Heated arguments at front desk about priority passes not being accepted because lounge full. Would prefer to pay a higher rate for a more upmarket experience.

Friendly staff, okay foods but facilities lacking. Drinks machine, coffee machine and lager pump all broken when we there so we had to have drinks we didn't actually like. Staff were friendly though which was good. Need to have at least a few selections of each drink type to ensure people can at least get something that they drink.

Having visited lounges in all terminals, this lounge was not of a higher standard, even though the cost was far more. Long wait at the bar and really not worth the money, very disappointing

Staff where very friendly and welcoming, thought it was extremely expensive for what was on offer - limited refreshments and snacks. As it was paid for access but was issued and upgrade airticket - so the comment would remain even based on holding a business class ticket.

I found the lounge to be comfortable and quiet and have a high standard of cleanliness although this was not the case in the Toilets. I found that there was only a limited choice of food available and this is an area that should be improved if you are charging that amount of money. The staff were attentive and cleared away quickly but my overall experience was one of not feeling that special.

I was quite disappointed with the food provided. There was only a smidgen of pasta left in the 'drum' and it was anything but appetising. There were olives but no other' salady type 'things. The wine was fine and the coffee as was the general ambience . Just a little more imagination re food would be welcome!
