Pretty basic for an Executive Lounge, but good value nonetheless. It was good to have decent WiFi and a quiet place to get some work done before the flight. Will use it again.

We enjoyed the quiet space but the staff was abrupt and the process to enter, unwelcoming.

No cutlery available , most food was gone, not enough seating and i had to wait 15 minutes to check into the lounge!!

Adequate standard, a bit crowded and food availability and selection limited.

The lounge was a bit underwhelming and not the most comfortable. The staff were pleasant. The noise levels were a bit much. I wish I had booked into one of the lounges.

Staff member Nino excellent, was a slight technical issue with our booking which he sorted out. Was quickly offered a glass of prosecco to have with breakfast. He as very polite & obliging. There was a nice selection of cereals, juice & cakes, also nice coffee. Disappointed with the bread rolls (quite stodgy) & the hot food was luke warm. Would say that the items consumed was not value for money. Also airline staff came into the lounge & were talking about problems with their own jobs - this did not make a relaxing feel. Breaking it down would rate Staff (Nino) as very good and the food poor. Still does not match up to the experience we had at the Aspire lounge at Gatwick.

The lounge was not as good as it had previously been the hot sandwiches are now served in large doughy buns rather than the small finger buns n lack filling. Staff were a bit flat until the manager arrived and lifted the atmosphere.

I got told that there was hot food on but when we went on our time slot 13:30 there was only soup on and had to ask for sandwiches as nothing els was on. I was disipointed as I paid £53 for me and my wife.

We arrived at approx 10.30 and there were minimal bacon sandwhiches available. The staff brought more out but they were stone cold and in edible. There were only 2 members of staff working and I felt the work load was too much for them, clearing the tables, serving at the bar and topping up the food.

I only gave the lounge average as it is quite dated and looking shabby now with the other lounges such as the escapes being much nicer in appearance. However the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the quality of the food and drinks were good. The price was also reasonable in comparison to the other lounges too.

It was an okay experience in the Lounge, place was extremely busy and not very relaxing, not a great selection of alcohol and snacks and was not worth the money we paid. Wish we had sat down stairs in one the bars.

Certainly good value for money, no arguments there. Proper hot food is served, unlike its swissport counterpart at Heathrow that serves a measly portion for free & fob you off with a few questionable salad selection. There was a half decent bar with a selection of drinks. However, the ambience was a massive let down. Tatty old sofas & arm chairs laid out in an open air mezzanine & tucked away in the most obscure of locations. Don't even bother going there if you don't have a print out of your reservation. Without getting into the details, I was delayed by around half an hour, for all my sins. The place was too dark and lacked any discernible ambience. Ok overall, I wouldn't be gushing praises.

I would recommend a visit to the premier lounge before flying. It is peaceful and a great place to get away from the madness outside in the airport lounge. I was slightly disappointed with the food as there was not much to choose from to make up a substantial meal before catching our flight which was 12 hours. If you are a person who likes a drink before a flight then you would get value for money. Sadly this was not the case for us. In all this was a good experience and clean, friendly environment.

Reception man was quite abrupt and dare I say rude. Hardly a great first impression. Also, no explanation of what we were entitled too. Several dirty dishes and glasses left everywhere. Very cold near the bar area. An out of glasses within 15 minutes of us getting there. A man servicing the coffe machine the entire time we were there. He was exceptionally rude and actually barged me out of the way as if I was invisible. Outrageous.

The drinks were good but the food and service area seemed a little grimy and un-hygenic.

This was my 2nd time using the Montego Bay Airport lounge. The first time, it was definitely faster to get through security etc. However, this time, the club MoBay queue was actually slower than the non lounge travellers. Once in the lounge, I was happy that the wifi connection had improved from my first visit. The choice of refreshments etc were good, however, as the lounge was extremely busy, there wasn't anywhere to sit and chill comfortably. It felt more like a busy coffee shop/bar/restaurant, than a relaxing hub. I would probably only use this lounge again if my flight was departing late at night, when the airport shops and food outlets are closed. Otherwise, I'd recommend spending the money in the airport rather than on access to the airport lounge.

Not enough comfortable seating, more sofa's, armchairs or booths needed. There was always someone sweeping up around me (felt like every 10 mins), I appreciate you need to keep it clean but it could have waited until I left my seat. Staff friendly and helpful.
