We bought this for ourselves plus our friends to start holiday with s bang as it was special birthdays for them. It was just ok. The only hot food was bacon rolls and they had been in warmer for a while as couldn't get our teeth through them. Coffee was ok. A bit disappointing compared to other lounges I've visited.

Very comfortable lounge, though no separate area for screaming kids, so can get a bit wearing. Disappointed also with the lack of choice on the hot food offered, with only one pasta with a single pre-applied sauce, no options or, as in other lounge providers, no facility to select an option from a menu or cook to order. A the Pasta was pre-cooked and seemingly never replenished, it quickly became stewed an stale in its pot. All in all though, decent range of drinks and nibbles and comfy seats. Does though suffer from a lack of visible flight information, with only one screen and that being tucked away near reception, so necessitating frequent walks to obtain info on your flight. If the other lounge is available, take it!

I was disappointed with the courtesy extended by the manager at the time, Carlos. I had a reservation from 4-7pm and when I arrived , with a one year old, he was very rude and blunt with me (eg. there is limited space, make sure you leave on time etc.) I decided to extend my stay and purchase another reservation from 7 - 10pm. I went to the front desk around 615pm to do so. He made me wait (in a rude, blunt manner) till 7pm purchase this (he was very rigid, I had a one year old with me and I didn't want to keep waking her up to go to the front desk). When I did purchase the extra stay he failed to inform me that the rest pods are closed after 8:30pm. Then he started badgering me to leave starting 8pm. This was a waste of my money, and I felt that I was treated poorly. Also, it would be good to have some a clear, number/reservation system for the rest pods that is facilitated though the front desk. Expecting passengers to keep monitoring the pods and jump in as soon as another passenger leaves is primitive and unorganized.

Having visited Airport Lounges around the world we found that there was very limited choice when it came to food on offer.

Nice food, good snacks, wide choice of drinks and very friendly and helpful staff, specially the bartender. Our flight was delayed after we had left the lounge and we were allowed to get in again. On the negative side, it was crowded due to the very limited space and there weren't toilet facilities which I found very disappointing and made the experience less enjoyable and relaxing than usual.

I booked the suite for 4 people and it was the general consensus of opinion from all of us that we were underwhelmed by everything. We were greeted by a clearly unhappy receptionist. The bar staff weren't much better. The only hot food was one kind of soup and no sandwiches. There were crisps and snacks if that's what you like and I personally don't. The carpet in places was taped up, the room itself was tired and unwelcoming. I personally have used lounges in all the major uk airports and although not the worst, not far of the worst. I won't book your lounge again unless there are dramatic improvements .

A quiet and low key way to start your holiday or wait for your flight. The warm food choice could have been greater as in our case it was purely bacon buns with a selection of coffees and tea available with cereals and biscuits. Alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks available. In this instance the overall experience was basic but not overall disappointing and would use the facilities again.

The atmosphere was pleasant & friendly staff but would benefit from a wider range of food. Also wi-fi was very sparodic in connection.

Sorry to say that I was not too impressed with the lounge at Gatwick North. Food selection was not great - the pasta looked as though it had been there for a good while, whereas the scones had been there for sometime ie not fresh. Drinks selection was adequate / fine. The seating was 'tired' - seats with ripped covers was not what I wanted. It was nice and quiet though!

The lounge space was nice. The staff frequently came around to clean up the tables. The selection of food served was good enough for most people I guess, but I must say that soup was really too salty and pasta salad was tasteless. Additionally I would like to eat warm food, gluten free or healthier options than what was served (sausage or cheese rolls). The selection of drinks were great.

I have used this lounge in T2 at Manchester quite a few times. Firstly, the staff are generally very friendly and helpful. The food selection is really good, I particularly enjoy the bacon rolls in the mornings. However! The furnishings and carpets are tired and need a "Look at". The lounge is often very crowded and very often has lots of families with young children. I am usually travelling on business and don't appreciate being surrounded by noisy kids. I am aware that 'everybody' has a pass of some sort nowadays but this is definitely undermining the principle of VIP or Executive Lounges. I find it irritating to be denied entry because lounges are full of young families. Rant over! x

I have grown up in Teesside and used the airport frequently. Only on the last few occasions have I used the lounge, it is very basic. The lounge staff are very pleasant and the area is kept clean with refreshments topped up regularly. Overall, I would say that the £18 I payed to use the lounge is only justified due to the airport being so quiet these days, it would be a shame to sit in the departure gates on your own! A nice, basic lounge with lovely staff.

Comfortable, not much choice of snacks as there was only 2 portions of cheese, no crisps or nuts, the only bacon roll there was cold

Very full the morning we visited. Three of us had difficulty sitting together which sort of defeats the purpose.

We use airport lounges across the country approx. 4 times a year. Cardiff has been the most disappointing Good points - cleanliness and a promotion of welsh pr0ducts Areas of improvement temperature - we had to ask for it to be turned up Seating area - more relaxation area and less of the cafeteria style seating Range of food was limited - crisps , nuts, cereal and 4 cakes - I would suggest cheese and biscuits, soup, rolls Would I use Cardiff again - we would have to give it some serious thought

We paid the full price which entitled us to three hours in the lounge ...... due to a delay caused by the check in desk not being open and a problem with the luggage handlers not being ready we lost a good hour in the lounge which we had paid for ... when we did get into the lounge it was very nice and everything advertised was on offer ... The one downside was the view from the lounge window was obscured by two large maintainance vehicles blocking our view of the airfield ...we knew our plane was landing during our time in the lounge and we we're excited to watch it land and taxi towards the terminal ... I mentioned this to the lady in attendance who very kindly asked the vehicle owners to move there vehicles away from the window by the time they had moved them the plane had already landed and taxied to its position this and the delay spoilt our time in the lounge

Entering lounge was quick and pleasant ,but the chap on my right appeared to be having difficulty on gaining access ,due to member of staff struggling to see his name on the mandate , causing queue to build ,cans of Guinness were warm, other than that ,ok
