It was OK but very busy and cramped. There were a number of people having very loud conversations. You need to decide if this is a business lounge or a place for travellers to stop. I don't think at the moment it hits the mark with either

The food and drinks were very good However the space, location and comfort seem as though it was a bit of an after thought as in it was very small and not much seating. The staff were very friendly with the exception of the gentleman on the reception desk who obviously does like his job.

The staff were approachable and friendly, and it was away from the hustle and bustle. However , IT WAS FREEZING, and even the staff were wrapped up against the cold. It was warmer outside than in the lounge. The staff blamed the Airport as they controlled the air con, but it needs sorting, i don't want to have to be taking sweaters and the like when i am off to a warm destination!!

I was disappointed slightly, it took quite some time for staff to bring the prosecco which I had pre paid for. There seemed to be some confusion with this. Staff were not the friendliest! It just was not that special experience I'd hoped for.

We enjoyed the experience of the lounge after the first hour, when we first arrived the lounge was over crowded and full. No seats were available and we had to stand and then sit apart for the first hour. this was very disappointing.

It was ok but there were no bread rolls and only half a bacon sandwich left! Unfortunately that had sat there for some time! On arrival tables were full of glasses and plates and to be honest the area looked unkept. Whole lounge needs a refurbishment. This was my first time in a executive lounge and was on the whole disappointed with my experience.

Food was good and drinks good quality but there were too many people in there when we arrived so there was nowhere to sit! Part of the lounge was reserved for Singapore airlines and seats only became available when they left about half an hour later which is. It ideal when you have reserved a place!!

This was my second visit to Aspire North Terminal Gatwick This visit was on a Saturday morning & somewhat busy to the point where we had difficulty in finding two seats together The food & drinks available were of a good standard However, given one has to book, I was somewhat surprised to find many tables cluttered with glasses & plates etc which needed clearing On a visit to the ladies toilet, the bin containing used paper towels most definitely needed emptying Could be improved but acceptable for the price we paid

Relaxing way to start holiday. Lounge needs updating looked tired and shabby Some staff friendly and chatty though one of staff looked miserable and not friendly
