Very friendly staff .plenty of choice only negative is size of plates for the full breakfast ( not the portion size ) this made breakfast look messy and not as appetizing as it tasted .we eat with our eyes 🙂

Slow to enter at 6am open, loads of people to enter and took some time. Other than this good variety of food choice and drink choice. The women on the bar at the time of our booking was very friendly and chatty.

Why sell passes for times when the lounge is not available! Booked for 2pm slot only to turn up to a sign saying that it was only open 730-930. Contacts to request a refund have gone unanswered. Why does site let you book for closed periods? I'll answer over 14 days for a refund because it's been more than a week since one of us wrote in to ask for money back and still no reply

Our stay at the Newcastle airport Aspire lounge was a very pleasant experience especially due to the friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic.

I arrived at 06.30 on 16/9 as I was told you opened at 05.00. However you didn’t open until 07.00 and my flight was called at 07.05. Really disappointing

Lounge was ok. Nothing special and not worth the money in my opinion. Drinks selection was ok although no tomato juice or ice at the time I was there so I had no chance of the Bloody Mary I was going for. Food selection pretty poor compared to other lounges. For lunchtime, Literally 2 options of hot food, or warm scones that was it. Very limited salad selection and the cheese board consisted of just Brie! That was it. Biggest issue with this was the 2 hour time slot. They give you a time slot of 2 hours before your flight departs, however all flights require you to be at your gate for boarding at least 30 minutes before this time, therefore having to leave the lounge after only 1 and a half hours or less. This need to be addressed as you advertise 2 hours!!

We thought to have a nice time to relax. But very busy and noisy drunk people. So not very relaxing this time. Food was oke.

Service and attitude of woman behind counter was very bad and rude our flight was at 11 and at 10:15 my partner went to get us 1 last drink and she wouldn’t serve him! We had been standing getting 1 drink each so in total we had 3 drinks yet I seen most people standing getting 2 at a time and a few lads where drunk but still got served and they went up at 10:30 and got served again AND they where in our flight!! I was very disappointed with the whole service I will never use it again and I have spoke to a few people who have said same they paid to go in then left and went to bar. I paid £49.98 and didn’t even get £20 worth of drinks so I will be strongly advising against any of my friends to go in as I know a group of 15 who where going to book but I’ve advised them not to I feel like I’ve been robbed of £50

I am unable to do so as the lounge was closed. When I booked it it was shown as being open. However on arrival I found that it had only been open for about 2 hours in the morning. I did not have any notification that it would be closed. VERY POOR SERVICE
