We had a lovely warm welcome into the lounge. We’re seated in a private area which was a god send with a 18 month old child. Food and drink was plentiful (only comment would be when ordering a bacon or sausage sandwich that they ask you for sauce as couldn’t find any and was a little dry)

Sorry but I must admit over time and written many many reviews I’ve never given a 1 star review!!. From start to finish this was a disaster. The menu was non existent. Service was worse than slow. Food that should have been hot was cold. Unavailability of items( beer). Tables not cleared or cleaned. Shocking overall customer service. My wife would demand a total refund. Sorry 😞.

This was a complete rip off and waste of money. I had booked 2 spaces in the lounge yet turned up to be led around the entire area by a member of staff to try and find a free table. There wasn't one, so had to stand and awkwardly wait whilst someone else finished their drinks. The menu had 4 items on it, none of which seemed suitable at 11am (forgive me, but beef goulash isn't breakfast food in my opinion). I was then appalled when the signal on the card machine dropped out and a member of staff announced very loudly in front of other guests that my payment had been declined, meaning I had to walk all the way around the area following him so that he could get signal on his card machine. A shocking experience, I will be emailing separately to demand a refund for such a dreadful experience and would urge others not to waste their money.

The staff and quality of the Luton Aspire lounge was excellent. It was just a shame that due to no fault of theirs, no beer, no butter or even tomato juice for a pre-flight "Bloody Mary" was available !

Ordered bottle white Moët champagne as a special treat for my party of four on arrival was told there was only half bottle of opened pink champagne available and we could have that and glass of procecco to make up the difference this was not what I had ordered so very disappointed

The lounge is wonderful BUT I have never come across a more complicated way of ordering food The menus says items missing but not tell which or where from I will not be using the lounge again until it goes back to self service

A wonderful relaxing experience before flying. Good wifi. Had a hot dish, a drink or two, and cheese. Good service . Shame they didn’t have the cream for the cream tea but worth every penny!

Generally just about ok, but it was rather crowded and I didn't expect to be at what was a sort of long desk for my time there. Would also have been good to have a brief explanation from the person showing me to my seat that drinks and some food was self-service, but others were ordered via the app.

Lovely staff. Very poor choice of food does not compare with the escape lounge. Only fried breakfast available and that was dry and overcooked. Sorry but will be returning to escape lounge

This time we were disappointed. The lounge is temporarily and the choice of food and beverages is very little. But the price for the Lounge is the same as usual. And i've got charged twice on my credit card! We have been 3 persons and you charged me 2 x 3 persons!
