“The lounge was very welcoming. The staff were friendly and the selection of food was good. Everyone, staff and customers, were all observing social distancing. A very relaxed and civilised way to start any trip.”

“Newcastle aspire always with a visit. Been in my last two holidays and we’ll worth the money. Will be booking another holiday very soon so a lounge visit is also on the cards. Good food and selection of drinks.”

“My friend & i checked into the Aspire Executive lounge Birmingham around 12:45 on the 20th September, we were asked to scan the code that was on the table & order everything on the App! We are not that good with these phones & apps so it took us a while to sort it out. As it was waiter service only it took a while to get our order, we had 4 glasses of wine each & was told we were not allowed any more drinks as we had reached the limit???? We had paid £26 each to relax & chill before our holiday as it has been so stressful with the current climate. I doubt we will be booking the lounge again.”

“Very disappointing! (06/06/21) A shortage of seats, with people queuing to come in. Scrambled egg on dry toast & no tomato juice. Only public toilets outside your venue available. Suggest that you visit Madrid to see how it should be run.”

“Lovely view, okay food selection ( could do with having more ) same with the drinks. The only down side was getting a table, all seemed to be reserved although no one ever turned up. Overall though decent and relaxing.”

“We were very disappointed with our lounge visit . Not only did they cancel the night before and directed us to another lounge but we had pre paid for 2 cocktails however the lounge we were told to use did not have cocktails and a very limited selection of food. All day breakfast was the only choice and we had already had breakfast so did not want another”

“We usually love to spend our waiting time in the executive lounge, but we are sad that the people who don’t care about others did find the lounge too… There are many places to sit down, but that doesn’t mean that you can put your luggage on two or three chairs, or lay yourself down to sleep on four chairs. In my opinion this is rude to all the other people who want to sit down too, and paid extra for it…”

“We where very impressed with the Excutive Lounge, lovely deco, and good service. Food was good and the drinks flowed. Ordered prosecco which came in a lovely ice bucket and glasses”

“First visit to this lounge and were not disappointed. Despite ongoing covid restrictions we were offered a decent selection of hot and cold food as well as various decent selection of drinks. Service warm, friendly whilst also being efficient. Having toilets onsite great too”
