“We had a 5 hours transit at Copenhagen Airport. I was travelling with my parents (both close to 90 years old) and we needed a place to rest while we were waiting for our connecting flight. I did not realise that there was a 3 hours time limit at the lounge until the lady explained this to us. First I did not feel we were welcome, but after the lady spoke to us, things got better. Thought the seats were a little worn out (and with stains) and reclining chairs with foot rest would have been nice.”

“Difficult to order food and drink using online app and delivery of exactly what was ordered - hit and miss!! Ultimately, it was better than sitting out with the “masses” - but there needs to be some changes back to normality for this to start working again properly.”

“Aspire Lounge Manchester T1 Unfortunatley due to airline checkin desks opening only 2 hours before departure (1hr of your 3 hrs gone already. Follow this with a slow checkin procedure and then followed by a slow security procedure, at least a further 1hr has elapsed. On my last visit, I arrived in the lounge with a bare 30 mins before boarding. A rushed breakfast and a drink can hardly be classed as good value for money at £26 per head and it certainly is not a smooth and relaxing experience before your flight.”

“Pleasant experience in Luton Airport lounge, clean, comfortable adequate breakfast choices. Would definitely recommend especially during these COVID times as was reassuringly clean and of course so much more comfortable than the general public areas of the airport at the moment.”

“As we travel normally four times a year from Newcastle, we always book the Executive Lounge what ever time our flight is scheduled. The staff are very efficient and invariably welcoming. The refreshments are fresh and good quality, with a decent range available.Covid precautions are adhered to and have not really impacted a great deal to the time spent in the lounge.The only reason I have not given a five-star revue is the fact it was very cold the last time we visited.The AC must have been set to Arctic.We were not the only visitors who commented on this, but it will not stop further booking for future trips as we are usually happy with our experience in this Lounge.”
