“Visited at opening time, so very quiet, though very few staff and setting up still in process. Simple breakfast served, pretty good though small in size. Complimentary Drinks and Purchased Drinks also consumed.”

“I was pleased with executive lounges as they told me the truth about the south lounge at Birmingham being closed, whereas holiday extras just told me it was fully booked. All went very smoothly in these difficult times and I will definitely book with them again”

“Was a lot better when you could get your own food and drinks. Now it’s table service only it’s not quite as special. Still very comfortable though and much better than sitting in the main airport.”

“A warm welcome to comfortable surroundings. Staff great, food surpassed my expectations and the beverages similarly excellent. Only slight downside was the occasional drop in wi-fi but I'm sure this was outside the control of the lounge. Overall a very enjoyable experience.”

“The food and drinks were great, as were the staff. However, three seating areas next to each other (that could seat 12 people) we taken up by one family of 5 who were using the sofas to sleep. This meant other guests had less space to seat themselves. A reminder, followed by enforcement, to not occupy more space than necessary, would be great.”

“We visited the lounge prior to our flight to Kos on 22nd August 2021. This was our first experience of the Aspire lounge, and will not be our last. The lounge was comfortable and spacious, not overcrowded and the colleagues were attentive and welcoming throughout the visit. The service was quick and we really felt that not only was this a perfect way to start our holiday, it was also excellent value for money.”

“Staff at Inverness lounge were absolutely lovely and helpful - they made me feel very welcome and I can't praise them highly enough! The lounge itself was very comfortable. My only complaint was that the lounge wifi did not work. It seemed that this was a known and 'accepted' problem. I was advised to connect to the main airport wifi, which didn't work too well either. While this wasn't a huge issue for me, it could have been really inconvenient for someone who had work to do, and I expected more from a lounge. I understand that technical problems happen but I'd expect”
